Amazing Property with Stunning Sea Views and Infinity Saltwater-Pool !
Very characteristic Finca with infinity pool and stunning sea views, located in an oasis of tranquillity and surrounded by hills. The property consists of a total of 5 double bedrooms all with air conditioning! There are 3 complete living areas which are all equipped with WiFi. The main house (175 m²) has air conditioning in all rooms: living room with luxurious leather lounge chair and flat screen TV SAT, dining room with large table and chairs for 10 people, fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, fridge / freezer, separate wine cooler, dishwasher, espresso machine, toaster, kettle, etc, 3 double bedrooms (one with sea view), 2 bathrooms with shower, 2 terraces with sea views. Besides the main house there is an adjoining apartment (45 m²) with air conditioning, private terrace with sea view, private entrance, living room with TV SAT, kitchen with stove, double bedroom and bathroom with shower (note: this bathroom has a rather low ceiling ). A path amidst fruit trees leads to an exterior apartment (56 m²), fully furnished with living/dining room, TV SAT, kitchenette, fridge, double bedroom, bathroom with shower and separate toilet. Guests at Finca Vistamar can make daily use of the fresh fruit on the trees. The swimming pool (11 x 5 meters) is filled with salt water and is surrounded by comfortable sun loungers and parasols, outdoor shower warm/cold, barbecue house with brick-built grill, refrigerator and a large solid wood table and chairs for delicious grilled meals with breathtaking views over the infinity pool and the sea. Evening lighting throughout the whole garden creates a cosy atmosphere.

The house has a fantastic location in the South East of Mallorca on a plot of 15.000 m² in the middle of a beautiful landscape with hills and a breathtaking sea views. Only 10 minutes drive is the beautiful natural port of Porto Colom with its historic old town, winding streets and brightly coloured fishing houses. Here you will find an original atmosphere, largely untouched by mass tourism and some very good restaurants by the waterfront with magnificent views. At the harbour is an ideal starting point for a recreational boat trip along the beautiful coast plus there are numerous sport facilities and only minutes away is the popular Golf Club Vall d´Or, tennis courts and a riding stable. Nearby beaches are Cala Murada, Cala Antena, Cala Marsal, Cala Sanau. The popular resort of Cala d´Or is a 15 minute drive with its' chic boutiques, shops, bars and restaurants and a beautiful Marina that is home to the prestigious yacht club and boasts a multitude of fantastic restaurants. The area also has 7 magnificent sandy coves with crystal clear water to choose from. The market of Felanitx on Sunday morning is recognised as one of the best in Mallorca and is definitely worth a visit.

I was a bit worried as there were no reviews when I booked this however the location (10 minutes drive from both Porto Colom & Felanitx) was perfect for us as we have family there, so we decided to go for it, based on location & photos.
We were reassured by the excellent communication with Betty at Best Holiday Homes & then later with Climent, the propert owner - who we found out is in the local police force & runs jet ski and other tourist activities and is a new papa!
He met us at the villa & showed us around. We were exhausted after little sleep & a 4 hour flight delay so we missed a view details of his chat, like the wee laundry room at the side of the shaded parking area, how to work the many tv’s around the property (incl at the bbq area) etc. He was amazing at getting back to my What’s Apps asking for help & came back out a few times when I struggled.
Amenities worth an extra mention; There is a massive larder/cupboard in the kitchen full of gadgets incl many many ways to make coffee; the aircon is fabulous particularly in the bedrooms; (note tho that you will pay for the electric used during your time, we went over the amount paid up front by about €20 & there were 6 of us, using 3 of the 5 bedrooms); the pool is just as it looks & we spent the majority of our waking time there. On a couple of evenings, our family from Mallorca came to eat with us there and we had 19 for supper with no problem. There are huge cooking pots if needed, plenty utensils & plates. Perhaps a few more large serving dishes would be useful tho. There was a truly amazing bunch of goodies left for us, which was such a great surprise, incl milk and fruit. There are probably many more things to say about the villa but I need to get on with my unpacking.
Loved, loved, loved our stay & would book it again in a heartbeat. We’ve stayed in Mallorca many times & this is our absolute favourite. Thank you Climent

Great house - very, very nice views. Pool area and BBQ is great, road to the house is not very good, you need at good car to go to the house.
