Villa Mare Azul - A - Cala d´Or Area

Location is fabulous. Betty and Ian were helpful when we needed. But as other reviewers have noted the villa amenities need to be updated. The cleanliness is moderate and basic supplies like toilet paper and basic condiments were lacking. The pool is wonderful and the pool staff were good when they came. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

We had a memorable time at the property. The location was fabulous and the design of the property was just right for our family of 4 for the week. The beach and the marina was equally within walkin distance and the views from the villa were simply amazing to wake up to every morning. Richie was absolutely wonderful and very responsive to our smallest questions. He went out of his way to share local tips and guide us to help make our short stay even more memorable. The quality of the amenities and furniture could do with an upgrade but that was the only “negative” of the property. We would love to be back there and recommend others to experience the property.

Stayed here with friends in September. Lovely villa in a lovely location overlooking the inlet to the marina, half way to Es forti and the marina.

We had the pleasure of spending a week in this fabulous house.
The location is perfect, by the water and a bit away from the harbour.
It is a quiet area and easy to get around.
The house is well furnished, the rooms are big and located well in the house.
The pool is amazing.

However, the house could require a little maintenance.
There was no light in the pool, all of the toilets were running, a couple of the kitchen doors were loose, and the dishwasher could need a good cleaning.

Villa A was located in a peaceful road with beautiful views both of the marina & sea. Definitely the best one out of the 3 for all round viewing. Villa itself was clean, modern & had everything you'd need for a pleasant stay. The pool was fairly deep & perhaps not suitable for younger children. Great though for cooling off. The only issue we had was electric tripped late on Sat night. Phoned at 9am Sun morning & at 9.15 Ritchie arrived & resolved the problem. Can't ask for more than that. Marina with all it's restaurants is about 10 min stroll to the left & beach about the same to the right. Only 2 minor issues. More pillows needed (I like 2) & there was no helpful manual giving local information which would have been useful. All in all a beautiful location if you don't want the hustle & bustle of a hotel yet not too remote either. Would definately stay again.

Great villa within easy walking distance of the marina. A little further to the town centre of gala d'or, about 25 min. The pool is more of a large dunk pool but is great for cooling off or you just want to do a couple of strokes. Great views from the balcony over the marina and sea. Overall a great villa and we would come here again.
