had a great holiday thanks for you help in the extra time we were able to stay at the villa one very small point and it did not spoil the holiday,we had some difficulty trying to work out the tv settings i think a small guide on this would be helpful,also the same thing with the hob as we are all gas people. thanks again Gerard and Party.

Lovely villa, very clean, in a great location for Cala Egos and Cala D'Or. The pool was cleaned on at least 3 occasions during our week long stay. The lack of air conditioning is an issue, I knew when booking that there was no aircon but also read that fans were provided in each bedroom. These fans were the most useless, noisy fans I have ever seen, pointless having them! After complaining we were brought 1 great fan which we put in the kids room, why aren't these the fans in every room? Surely it's worth the investment? We loved our stay here, replace the fans and I guarantee you will get better reviews. Comfort, staff and services all rated a 5 for this reason.
The villa was perfect for our family. It was very clean and comfortable. The pool and patio area was perfect for the children. It is in a central location for shops, restaurants, the beach and dotty train bus stop. My only issue was that there was no air con although fans were in all of the bedrooms. I would come back!
We have just came back from a lovely week spent at Villa Martina and felt we had to leave a review. The Villa itself is lovely, clean and despite there being 7 of us get very spacious. The garden area and pool was very well kept and clean. We really enjoyed lazy days by the pool and a BBQ. The location of the Villa was perfect too. You are within walking distance of the little centre, the marina and the beach. There are some really lovely restaurants directly over the road from the Villa too. We had a really good holiday at this Villa and would not hesitate in returning.
Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub , das Haus ist sehr gut gelegen etwas am Rande trotzdem nur ein paar Gehminuten zum Strand und Ortskern ! In dem Haus fehlt einem nichts wir kommen aufjedenfall wieder
Nice place for a family trip in the off season. Near to beaches, harbor and restaurants. In high season there might be a lot of traffic around.
Die Lage der Villa ist super,strandnah und gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Der Außenbereich sowie der Pool sind toll, auch das jeden Tag jemand zur poolreinigung gekommen ist war sehr gur. Was gefehlt hat sind Stuhlkissen für draußen. Im Innenbereich ist die Aufteilung und die Anzahl der Badezimmer super, es könnte jedoch ein wenig moderner sein. Was gestört hat war das der Wasserkocher nicht richtig funktioniert hat.
Great family basic villa with an amazing outdoor pool and great bar-b-q. The wifi was superb so quick. The villa was large enough for 8 with four good size bedrooms 2 bathrooms and 1 en suite. Quiet residential area very close to shops and restaurants. The large supermarket is less than 2 minute walk and very well priced. The 2 Spar shops are very expensive. Close to the beaches and there is a great little train that passes by the front of the villa and only 2 euro per person. I would recommend this property to others.
