Villa Vita is fantastic. The outside pool and garden is lovely, it has plenty of different seating areas either in sun or shade. The Villa itself is modern, clean, tidy and well equipped. The photographs don’t do it justice. The Villa is located close to shops and restaurants (10 walk). The marina is a few minutes ride in a taxi which gives you an access to some fabulous restaurants. We really enjoyed our week at the villa and would definitely recommend this property.

Great Villa, great location. Swimming Pool was really good and the house had all essential amenities. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Close to shops and restaurants. The whole family thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Only 1 thing for recommendation which would be air conditioning in the main living room area as sometimes it was just too hot to sit down stairs, One thing for note - the waste disposal has changed. It used to be taken to nearby bins but now there is a recycling programme which took a while to get used to.

Great house in a very good location. It was our second stay in Villa Vita and we are just as pleased as the first timr.

Lovely spacious clean villa and good sized pool and outdoor space. It was very hot in August when we visited so air con in the bedrooms was godsend. Nearest beach at Cala Egos was very crowded as it’s quite small so we spent most of our time at the villa. If you want to eat out can recommend restaurants down to the marina … the food was so much better and only a bit more than those in Cala D’Or centre. If carting small children around in pushchairs wouldn’t recommend this area in height of summer as it’s quite hilly!

Our stay in villa Vita was perfect. The villa had everything we needed, it was clean and the location was also perfect. We will be happy to return.

Fantastic villa just as described . large clean pool. well equiped kitchen etc.lovely quiet area but within walking distance of beach and amenities. keys easy to obtain. maid service mid week.no complaints.

The villa was perfect for our family, especially for the children. They loved the pool. Location really good being a short walk to bars and restaurants. Some areas of the villa need attention but didn’t affect our stay.

Alles super! Schönes Haus, alles sauber und funktionstüchtig. Vom Stil nicht modern aber hochwertig und liebevoll eingerichtet. Auch die Gegend gefiel uns, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Lovely villa in a great location, near to bars, shops and beaches. Helpful and accommodating property manager. The only issues is the bbq area which we did not use as much as hoped, very dark as under large trees with no lighting, need to move bbq nearer the pool and villa. Would visit again though.
