Casa Julian is a splendid 3-bedroom villa that has been refurbished to a very high standard providing a perfect holiday home for a family seeking a countryside vista. The accommodation sleeps 6 guests, it’s fully air-conditioned (hot/cold) throughout and distributed over two floors; the ground floor has a comfortable lounge/dining area (WiFi, satellite TV, fireplace) and a fully fitted and equipped kitchen with access to a back porch/barbecue area (brick-built BBQ and wood oven), a separate guest toilet, 1 twin bedroom with an en-suite shower room plus a covered front porch with garden furniture. Stairs lead to the first floor where the remaining 2 bedrooms are situated, 1 double and 1 twin each with en-suite shower rooms. Outside is a plot of 3000 m² with landscaped gardens, a private swimming pool with Roman steps and garden furniture to relax on and enjoy a countryside holiday retreat whilst still being close to the town of Llucmajor and fantastic beaches.

Hiking - There are plenty of country lanes to explore the countryside plus a relatively easy hike (6 km) to the monastery at the top of the Puig de Randa offering impressive views.
Cycling - There are many dedicated cycle paths in the area.
Wine Tasting - Various vineyards offer tours and tastings.

Situated in the countryside very near the town of Llucmajor with some of the most beautiful beaches in the south within easy reach including beautiful small coves with turquoise seas and sandy/shingle beaches. Cala Pi' is the prettiest while the larger more commercial beaches at Arenal and Es Trenc are just a 15 minutes drive. Llucmajor is an inland town in the south of Mallorca located within the plains that lie below the hills of Randa, the town has a lengthy history of agriculture and craftsmanship in stone, iron, wood and shoes and it stays true to its native roots as there is little sign of tourism. The restaurants cater mostly to locals living in and around the town, therefore prices are quite appealing when dining out and there are plenty of cuisines to choose from.
A car is necessary when booking this accommodation.

We really enjoyed staying at the villa. The air con was brilliant when needed and very quite and the layout very good.we did have some issues the pool was quite dirty, and we was very disappointed that it didn’t have any parasols over some of the sun beds which made it difficult to sit out in the sun and read as it was so hot. I think it would be good to invest in good quality parasols because it would have made a big difference to our week there

Would recommend the house but you need a car. The house was very clean, big and the check-in was very easy.

Ik en mijn reisgenoten waren zeer te spreken over het verblijf. De accommodatie was prachtig en afgelegen wat ons erg goed beviel. Ook het contact met de verhuurder en de eigenaren was erg goed en servicegericht. De airconditioning werkte perfect en het interieur was modern ingericht. Punten voor verbetering zijn de meeste douches. De douche zelf is perfect maar in de meeste badkamers zat geen deur in de douche waardoor de badkamers erg nat werden. Nog een verbeterpunt voor de verhuurder is het inlichten van de huurder wanneer en hoe laat er schoonmakers komen. Nu kwamen de schoonmakers onaangekondigd wat ons enigszins verbaasde. Verder zijn wij louter positief en zou ik deze villa absoluut aanraden voor groepen mensen.
