Stunning Seafront Villa in the Mondragó National Park, Amazing Views & Direct Access to the Beach!

Villa Mondrago (8) is an option for larger groups of up to 8 people to book an impressive country house situated in a highly privileged location. Snuggled between two of Mallorca’s most esteemed sandy coves of Cala Mondragó and Cala S’Amarador, an area of outstanding natural beauty and within the legendary Mondragó National Park. The property offers extensive sea views, direct access to the beach and following a recent refurbishment, interiors that have been stunningly transformed throughout, incorporating four-poster beds, vibrant coloured, textured, fabrics and a splash of chic with raffia and distressed wood finishes. The front facade is characteristic of the region, consisting of solid stone archways and symmetric cornerstones, whilst wooden shutters provide the trimmings to the delightful vista. The central focus falls on the large wooden door that leads to an imposing entrance hall, living/dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and three shower rooms. On the upper level, there is a third bedroom with an en-suite shower room, dressing area and direct access to a terrace with breath-taking views. The bedrooms in the main house are spacious, light and air-conditioned to accommodate 6 guests. For 8 guests an additional bedroom that is separate from the main house and has its own entrance will be made available, it has a double bed and an en-suite shower room. From the living area glass doors open out to a large covered terrace, perfect for al fresco dining and relaxing. Narrow, shrub-lined paths meander through the enclosed grounds, converging on a charming, crazy paved terrace with spectacular views across the shallow bay which is blended with the embrace of a cool sea breeze. The seafront position is enhanced further with direct access to the fine white sands and crystalline waters of Cala Mondragó, in the opposite direction and just a short stroll is Cala S’Amarado, two picturesque "Blue Flag" beaches are literally on your doorstep! The gentle resonance of the sea lapping against this rocky enclave sets the tone for this amazing retreat, one of relaxation, a slower pace of life, an abundance of fresh sea air and far-reaching views that are hard to surpass.

• Villa Mondrago (8) is an option to increase occupancy to 8 people by renting the main house (sleeps 6) plus an exterior double bedroom (sleeps 2 ). A further option for 12 guests Mondrago (12) would include an Annexe with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a kitchenette. Please Note: These additional areas are only rented in conjunction with the main house, they are not rented separately and will be closed when not required.•
