Villa Loretta is an impressive country house with a private pool, amazing gardens and stunning views that sleeps 8 guests in 4 air-conditioned bedrooms and welcoming interiors. The villa has a superb peaceful location on the edge of S'Albufera natural reserve with views of the lake and mountains in the distance yet within a 10/15-minute drive you can be on the golf course, visiting ancient towns, or relaxing on some of the best sandy beaches in Mallorca, the choice is yours! Attention to detail is everything at this fabulous stone-built property that has been lovingly restored and furnished mixing traditional elements with modern comforts. On the ground floor, the large lounge/dining room has exposed stone walls, a beamed ceiling and patio doors out to a seating terrace, another door leads to the spacious and fully equipped kitchen. There are 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms on this floor, one double and one twin, separated from the living space by a corridor. Stairs lead to the first floor and two further twin bedrooms, one of which has an en suite shower room. Outside the villa is surrounded by extensive gardens with palm trees, shrubs and flowers, there is plenty of sunbathing space on the terrace and around the private pool and shade is provided under the covered terrace adjacent to the kitchen whilst the built-in barbecue is perfect for dining alfresco. Villa Loretta provides a truly beautiful environment for a relaxing holiday in an oasis of tranquillity and is ideal for those who love outdoor living and privacy yet still want to be close to all the amenities of the surrounding popular resorts.

Sports & Activities

Pollensa - There are several places of historical interest including "The Roman Bridge", signposted ‘Pont Roma’, and "Puig de Maria", a small mountain topped by a monastery.
Port de Pollensa/Platja d'Alcudia/Platja de Muro - There is a range of water sports available including pedalos, kayaking, banana boats, parasailing and scuba diving. Boat trips are available sailing around the pretty bay or visiting the beautiful beach at Formentor.
Cala San Vicente - The crystal clear waters provide a great place for snorkeling and canoeing.
Pollensa Golf Course - An attractive 9-hole course with spectacular views of the mountains and the north coast, its beautiful setting and design make it an enjoyable course.
Puerto Alcudi - Water park.

Air-Conditioning and Heating
Where stated air-conditioning is included and acts as a cooling and heating system on a timer (available for use between 14:00 - 16:00 and 20:00 - 08:00 hours).

Electric Cars
Please check in advance if you are bringing an electric car as not all properties have the electrical installation prepared to support this service. If available there is an extra charge, payable in advance on arrival: 100 € per week per car.

Security/Damage Deposits
Groups of guests under the age of 25 years may be asked to pay a security/damage deposit on arrival, refunded 14 days from departure after satisfactory inventory and damages inspection: 150 €/person.
