Villa Fernanda is an attractive 4-bedroom holiday home with a private pool, large garden and fabulous alfresco dining area that offers an idyllic setting and a convenient location. Situated in the countryside between the two resorts of Pollensa and Port de Pollensa allows you to be in the heart of the old town or relaxing on the beach in less than a 10-minute drive. The house is for 8 guests, furnished in typical Majorcan style with white walls, beamed ceilings and traditional furniture. Distributed over two levels the rooms are bright, spacious and have air-conditioning units. There is a large lounge/dining room with sofas, easy chairs, an open fireplace and satellite TV, a separate kitchen with a breakfast table which is modern and fully equipped with appliances including a dishwasher, ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave and a fridge/freezer and. Two bedrooms, a double and a twin that share a full bathroom. completes the ground floor. A second full bathroom, plus a double and a twin bedroom are on the first floor, they have doors to a terrace with great views over the garden, treetops and to the surrounding countryside. Mature and colourful gardens edged with trees and shrubs surround the villa which includes a large lawn, sun terrace with loungers and a private pool with Roman steps. The lovely covered and furnished terrace with a handy exterior bathroom/laundry, outdoor kitchen area and a brick-built barbecue is perfect for alfresco dining. Villa Fernanda is ideal for families/friends seeking a peaceful retreat in a countryside location whilst still having easy access to shops, restaurants, beaches and attractions!

Port de Pollensa - There is a range of water sports available including pedalos, kayaking, banana boats, parasailing and scuba diving. Boat trips are available sailing around the pretty bay or visiting the beautiful beach at Formentor.
Cala San Vicente - The crystal clear waters provide a great place for snorkelling and canoeing.
Pollensa Golf Course - An attractive 9-hole course with spectacular views of the mountains and the north coast, its beautiful setting and design make it an enjoyable course.
Puerto Alcudi - Water park.
