Finca Rocio with a private pool is an impressive 4-bedroom stone house with beautiful interiors, fantastic outdoor spaces, superb views and an ideal location. Set in the picturesque countryside surrounded by olive groves with a mountain backdrop and conveniently placed to be in old town Pollensa, the Golf course or relaxing on the sandy beach of Port de Pollensa in just 10 minutes drive. The interiors are well designed and include air-conditioning/heating in the bedrooms and free WiFi. Set over 2 floors, the accommodation consists of a spacious, open plan lounge and dining area, decorated in a traditional style with exposed stone walls, beamed ceilings and an ornamental wood-burning fireplace, there is comfortable seating and a flat-screen satellite TV whilst the dining area has a large table and chairs for 8 people. The fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast table is adjacent and a twin bedroom and a separate shower room complete the ground floor. Stairs lead up to a gallery landing overlooking the living area, where you'll find a second seating area leading out a terrace with mountain views, a bathroom and two bedrooms, one twin and a double with a lovely private terrace overlooking the pool and olive groves. The fourth bedroom is accessed from the pool terrace, a double with a small seating area and an en-suite bathroom. Outside continues to impress in the immaculately kept gardens with various terraces and seating areas, a covered barbecue house, dining terrace and a fabulous swimming pool with Roman steps and sun loungers. Pollensa Golf Course - An attractive 9-hole course with spectacular views of the mountains and the north coast, its beautiful setting and design make it an enjoyable course.

Finca Rocio offers a fantastic countryside setting, in a peaceful area with superb views across olive groves and to the mountains whilst being conveniently located between the two resorts of Pollensa and Port de Pollensa which can be reached in just a 10 minutes drive. Pollensa is an ancient town with attractive narrow streets and an impressive main square, lined with cafés, restaurants and bars. The town has several places of interest to visit including the Roman bridge, signposted ‘Pont Roma’, which is still in use and the Puig de Pollensa – a small mountain topped by a monastery. Port de Pollensa once a simple fishing port, the town is now very attractive with a splendid array of cafes and restaurants and long swathes of sandy beaches lined by pine and palm trees with an excellent choice of water sports on offer. Cala San Vicente is a beautiful secluded resort village with a splendid beach and three small hidden bays enclosed by the imposing backdrop of the Tramuntana Mountains. These three bays provide fine sand and pebble beaches and the crystal clear waters provide a great place for snorkelling and canoeing.
