Finca Pilar is a large Mallorcan villa, full of traditional character and surrounded by stunning gardens with a private swimming pool. Perfect for outdoor living and al-fresco dining, this property also offers beautiful views over the surrounding countryside and an excellent location, 10 minutes from the Golf course, close to Pollensa old town, Alcudia and the beautiful sandy beaches of Port de Pollensa, Platja d'Alcudia and Platja de Muro which are just a short drive away (10/15 minutes). This stone-built villa sleeps 8 guests in 4 air-conditioned bedrooms and is furnished with taste and style making wide use of traditional elements and modern comforts. When entering the villa you are greeted by an impressive double-height entrance hall and staircase. Directly opposite is a large living space, a lounge, a dining area and a kitchen with beamed ceilings, whitewashed walls and archways that define the different areas. The lounge has a feature fireplace, satellite TV, comfortable sofas and a dining table/chairs. The fully equipped kitchen has retained a rustic charm whilst integrating all modern conveniences and appliances. Doors lead out to a covered terrace that wraps around the villa. Also on this floor is a guest toilet, utility room and double bedroom with access to the garden/terrace and an en-suite bathroom. On the first floor are 3 further bedrooms, two twin bedrooms which share a family shower room and a master double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and access to a large roof terrace with fantastic views. Outside, the charming Mallorcan stone exterior of Finca Pilar is paired with Cypress trees and Mediterranean shrubs across wide green gardens with a dazzling landscape as a backdrop, the beauty should be experienced. There is a mix of open and covered terraces with seating areas, together with an amazing covered barbecue area by the poolside - an excellent spot for dining al-fresco and the gorgeous private pool is ideal to cool down or just relax poolside on one of the comfortable sunbeds. Pollensa - There are several places of historical interest including "The Roman Bridge", signposted ‘Pont Roma’, and "Puig de Maria", a small mountain topped by a monastery.
Port de Pollensa/Platja d'Alcudia/Platja de Muro - There is a range of water sports available including pedalos, kayaking, banana boats, parasailing and scuba diving. Boat trips are available sailing around the pretty bay or visiting the beautiful beach at Formentor.
Cala San Vincente - The crystal clear waters provide a great place for snorkelling and canoeing.
Pollensa Golf Course - An attractive 9-hole course with spectacular views of the mountains and the north coast, its beautiful setting and design make it an enjoyable course.
Puerto Alcudi - Water park.

Please check in advance if you are bringing an electric car as not all properties have the electrical installation prepared to support this service. If available there is an extra charge, payable in advance on arrival: 100 € per week per car.
Security/Damage Deposits
Groups of guests under the age of 25 years may be asked to pay a security/damage deposit on arrival, refunded 14 days from departure after satisfactory inventory and damages inspection: 150 €/person.

Finca Pilar has an excellent location 10 minutes drive from Pollensa Golf course, set in the countryside with lovely views yet perfectly placed just a 10/15 minute drive to Pollensa old town, Alcudia and the beautiful sandy beaches of Port de Pollensa, Platja d'Alcudia and Platja de Muro. Pollensa is an ancient town with attractive narrow streets and an impressive main square, a place abundant with art galleries, first-class restaurants, tapas bars and cafes plus several historical places of interest. The town of Alcudia is a real treasure on the island, hiding behind medieval walls and the ancient Roman ruins, just a few kilometres from Alcudia on the coast, lies its fraternal city, Puerto de Alcudia. The long sandy beaches with shallow clear waters at Port de Pollensa, Platja d'Alcudia and Platja de Muro are great for families with plenty of activities and water sports on offer, they are lined with a splendid array of cafes, restaurants and beach bars to suit all tastes. Cala San Vincente is a beautiful secluded resort village with a splendid beach and three small hidden bays enclosed by the imposing backdrop of the Tramuntana Mountains.
