This traditional stone-built villa is distributed over 2 floors and sleeps 8/9 guests in tastefully furnished and spacious interiors. There are 5 air-conditioned bedrooms (the single bedroom is only suitable for a person under 16 years old), a grand entrance hall, a fully equipped kitchen with a separate dining area and a comfortable living room with a fireplace, satellite TV and a second dining area that opens out to a 30 m² covered terrace. The villa sits on a 7000 m² plot, planted with trees, shrubs and a large lawn and includes a private swimming pool with Roman steps, sun loungers and an outdoor kitchen area with a built-in barbecue. Finca Paulina is the perfect choice for families seeking a private retreat with lovely countryside views yet being just a short drive to ancient towns, restaurants, sandy beaches, water sports and a golf course!
