Finca Amira with a private pool is a four-bedroom one-storey villa with a roof terrace in a central location that provides easy access to Alcudia, Port d'Alcudia, Pollensa and the long sandy beaches of the east coast. The villa is set in an open farmland area with views across the lovely S'Alburefeta wetland, to the bay of Pollensa, Formentor peninsula and the mountains behind Pollensa. Inside, the kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, gas hob, electric oven, microwave and a breakfast table. There is a large lounge/dining area with seating for 8 around the table, two sofas, TV with satellite channels, CD and DVD player. The four air-conditioned bedrooms and two bathrooms are on either side of the lounge diner, a bright double room, a twin bedroom and a full bathroom on one side and on the opposite side, two twin bedrooms and a bathroom. At the back of the house, there is a third bathroom (shower/laundry) with its' own entrance. Outside, the hedged lawn area is perfect for children to play in and next to this there is a covered terrace with seating for a large family to dine al fresco on the warm summer evenings as well as a built-in barbecue for grilling meals. The private pool measures 9.5 x 4.4 meters and sun loungers are provided for lazy days around the pool. A set of external steps leads up to a lovely furnished and railed roof terrace, a place to enjoy the excellent panoramic views, relax with a drink and watch the sunset over the varying landscapes. Finca Amira offers a peaceful retreat with plenty of outdoor space for family holidays whilst still being close to beaches, activities and attractions.

Pollensa - There are several places of historical interest including "The Roman Bridge", signposted ‘Pont Roma’, and "Puig de Maria", a small mountain topped by a monastery.
Port de Pollensa/Platja d'Alcudia/Platja de Muro - A range of water sports available including pedalos, kayaking, banana boats, parasailing and scuba diving. Boat trips are available sailing around the bay or visiting the beautiful beach at Formentor.
Cala San Vicente - The crystal clear waters provide a great place for snorkelling and canoeing.
Pollensa Golf Course - An attractive 9-hole course with spectacular views of the mountains and the north coast.
Puerto Alcudi - Water park.

Finca Amira is set in an open farmland area with views across the lovely S'Alburefeta wetland, to the bay of Pollensa, Formentor peninsula and the mountains behind Pollensa. Its' central location gives easy access to the town, attractions and sandy beach of Port d'Alcudia, and the ancient town of Alcudia (approx. 8 minutes drive). Old town Pollensa, Pollensa golf course and the sandy beach at Platja de Muro are also nearby (approx. 15 minutes drive) so the villa provides an excellent base for exploring the area. The town of Alcudia is a real treasure on the island, a perfectly restored medieval walled city on the site of a Roman settlement with remains of ancient houses and a theatre, with a wealth of history and charm this town offers visitors an authentic Mallorcan experience and is also well-known for its' restaurants that specialise in serving traditional dishes. Port d'Alcudia is a popular resort destination with a long sandy beach stretching from the port down to Platja de Muro. It's a great place for families with shallow clear waters, activities and water sports on offer. The beach is lined with a splendid array of cafes, restaurants and beach bars to suit all tastes. Pollensa is an ancient town with attractive narrow streets and an impressive main square, a place abundant with art galleries, first-class restaurants, tapas bars and cafes plus several historical places of interest.
