Finca Adriana with a private pool is an impressive, rustic farmhouse with a location that commands breath-taking views to the Puig de Maria, Pollenca and Alcudia. Set in an olive grove that is more than 1000 years old, this property offers a quiet and private atmosphere in one of the most beautiful areas of the town of Pollenca which is just a short drive away (5 minutes). This house sleeps 10 in 5 air-conditioned bedrooms and is comfortably furnished throughout in Mallorcan style with interiors that match the traditional style of the villa including wooden furnishings, exposed stone walls, antique decor, and interesting crafts. Set over two floors the accommodation consists of a spacious hall that leads into a living/dining room with a feature fireplace and Satellite TV. A fully equipped fitted kitchen with access to the poolside terraces and a walk-in pantry. Also on the ground is the first bedroom, a double with en-suite shower room and a bath/shower room (half bath). Four further bedrooms are on the upper floor, two doubles (one with en-suite shower room), two twins and a further shower room. There is also a first-floor terrace which boasts spectacular views and is an ideal place for relaxing. The paved exteriors of Finca Adriana are sunny and spacious with a glistening kidney-shaped private swimming pool, reclining sunbeds, large courtyard and shady terrace. The pool area is gated and can be closed off for children. The arched front terrace has a characteristic polished stone dining table and adjacent to the terrace is a traditional bread oven and brick-built barbecue, ideal for lovers of al fresco dining.
