Casa Aurelia is a traditional stone-built Mallorcan farmhouse with a unique character, magnificent gardens and a private pool. It offers beautiful views over the surrounding countryside with the Tramuntana mountains in the distance and an excellent location 10 minutes from old town Pollensa and Pollensa golf course as well as being close to Alcudia and the beautiful sandy beaches of Port de Pollensa, Platja d'Alcudia and Platja de Muro which are just a short drive away (15/20 minutes). The villa sleeps 8 guests in 4 air-conditioned bedrooms and has been furnished with taste and style making wide use of traditional elements including beamed ceilings, exposed stone walls, feature fireplaces and tiled floors whilst adding all modern comforts. Set over 2 floors, the 4 bedrooms are on the upper floor and enjoy views over the gardens to the mountains, there is a master double with en-suite bathroom, another double and two twins plus a family bathroom. On the ground floor is a further family bathroom, a traditional style fully equipped kitchen with a walk-in pantry and a dining hall. A step up from here leads to a very large lounge with two seating areas, one used for TV and the other for reading. The lounge and the kitchen both have direct access out to various patios and terraces, including an outdoor kitchen and covered barbecue area, perfect for al-fresco dining. The inviting pool is equipped with loungers and surrounded by a lawn with mature trees that provide shade when required. Casa Aurelia is a perfect place to enjoy the sun in an oasis of peace and ideal for families/friends who enjoy outdoor living, together with the comfort of an authentic Mallorcan property located close to stunning beaches, traditional villages and ancient towns!

Sports & Activities

Pollensa - There are several places of historical interest including "The Roman Bridge", signposted ‘Pont Roma’, and "Puig de Maria", a small mountain topped by a monastery.
Port de Pollensa/Platja d'Alcudia/Platja de Muro - There is a range of water sports available including pedalos, kayaking, banana boats, parasailing and scuba diving. Boat trips are available sailing around the pretty bay or visiting the beautiful beach at Formentor.
Cala San Vicente - The crystal clear waters provide a great place for snorkeling and canoeing.
Pollensa Golf Course - An attractive 9-hole course with spectacular views of the mountains and the north coast, its beautiful setting and design make it an enjoyable course.
Puerto Alcudi - Water park.

Air-Conditioning and Heating
Where stated air-conditioning is included and acts as a cooling and heating system on a timer (available for use between 14:00 - 16:00 and 20:00 - 08:00 hours).

Electric Cars
Please check in advance if you are bringing an electric car as not all properties have the electrical installation prepared to support this service. If available there is an extra charge, payable in advance on arrival: 100 € per week per car.

Security/Damage Deposits
Groups of guests under the age of 25 years may be asked to pay a security/damage deposit on arrival, refunded 14 days from departure after satisfactory inventory and damages inspection: 150 €/person.
