This elegant villa is fully air-conditioned (cold/warm on a timer), sleeps 6 guests and is decorated with top quality contemporary furnishings throughout using the best of local stone and wood. There are two attractive twin bedrooms and two bathrooms on the ground floor and the third bedroom is accessed via a staircase from the living room to a dedicated space on the first floor consisting of a large master suite with a dressing room, en-suite bathroom with a corner bath and a private terrace enjoying beautiful panoramic views. The lounge/dining room features a modern fireplace, Satellite TV and has patio doors leading onto the covered terrace overlooking the pool, there is a stunning modern kitchen fully fitted with appliances and off from here is another informal dining area with large sliding patio doors which also takes you to the pool and terraces. Outside the private pool measures 11 x 4 meters with Roman steps to the shallow end for children, there is a covered built-in barbecue/kitchen area and terraces furnished for both dining al-fresco and relaxation under the Mallorcan sun. Villa Melia is a perfect choice for families seeking a private retreat with stunning countryside views yet still being within easy reach of ancient towns, restaurants, sandy beaches and water sports!

Villa Melia is located in a peaceful rural setting with beautiful views to the countryside and ideally positioned between Pollensa and Alcudia which can both be reached within a 10/15 minutes drive. Pollensa is an ancient town of attractive narrow streets and an impressive main square, lined with cafés, restaurants and bars, it has several places of interest to visit including the Roman bridge, signposted ‘Pont Roma’, which is still in use and the Puig de Pollensa – a small mountain topped by a monastery. Just a few kilometres is Port de Pollensa once a simple fishing port, the town is now very attractive with a splendid array of cafes and restaurants and long swathes of sandy beaches lined by pine and palm trees. The town of Alcudia is a real treasure on the island, hiding behind medieval walls and the ancient Roman ruins and just a few kilometres from Alcudia on the coast, lies its fraternal city, Puerto de Alcudia.
