Finca Oliverio is a welcoming stone-clad family villa for 6 that offers a private tennis court, pool and Jacuzzi in a picturesque setting and a convenient location. Situated in the countryside in a peaceful area between Pollenca, Port de Pollenca and Cala San Vicente gives you easy access to three fantastic resorts as well as a golf course in just 10 minutes by car. This single-storey villa is comfortably furnished and traditional in style with cooling terracotta tiles, wood-beamed ceilings, white walls and interesting artefacts. There is a large living/dining room with satellite TV, DVD player, comfortable sofas, a feature fireplace and French doors opening to the garden terraces. A fully fitted modern kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, electric oven/infra-red hob and walk-in pantry. The bedroom area comprises one double and two twins that have shared use of two bathrooms. All bedrooms have air-conditioning units and fitted wardrobes. Set on a plot of 10,049 m² of well-maintained gardens with a large lawn provides an abundance of space for everyone to enjoy including the tennis court which is for the sole use of the guests. The private swimming pool has a separate Jacuzzi section (not heated) and a sun terrace with plenty of loungers surrounding it. Pollenca Golf Course - An attractive 9-hole course with spectacular views of the mountains and the north coast.
