Charming Stone-Built Countryside Finca with A/C, Private Pool between Pollenca & Port de Pollenca!
Finca Leni is a charming stone-built villa with a private pool situated in a peaceful area yet ideally placed between the two resorts of Pollenca and Port de Pollenca (10 minutes drive). The villa sleeps 6 guests in 3 air-conditioned bedrooms and has been finished to a high standard with whitewashed walls, sloped ceilings and exposed pine beams mixed with modern amenities and comforts. Set over one floor with a few steps linking the different areas, there is a spacious lounge with a traditional wood-burning stove, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with plenty of natural light. The 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are configured as one double and one twin that share a family bathroom and a further twin with an en-suite bathroom. Outside you will find, three shaded patios in addition to the sunbathing areas plus table tennis for fun. The garden is mainly laid to lawn around the kidney-shaped pool and also includes a pretty, covered barbecue and food preparation area, a true heaven for outdoor living and al-fresco dining. Sunbeds are provided for all the guests and the mature trees of the garden provide plenty of shade when required. Finca Leni offers an oasis of peace and tranquillity for families/friends to relax under the Mallorcan sun whilst its' location provides easy access to great beaches and ancient towns, a special property in a special location!

Sports & Activities
Pollenca - Places of interest to visit include the Roman bridge, signposted ‘Pont Roma’, which is still in use and the Puig de Pollenca – a small mountain topped by a monastery.
Port de Pollenca - There is a range of water sports available including pedalos, kayaking, banana boats, parasailing and scuba diving. Boat trips are available sailing around the pretty bay or visiting the beautiful beach at Formentor.
Cala San Vicente - The crystal clear waters provide a great place for snorkelling and canoeing.
Pollenca Golf Course - An attractive 9-hole course with spectacular views of the mountains and the north coast, its beautiful setting and design make it an enjoyable course.
Puerto Alcudi - Water park.

Electric Cars
Please check in advance if you are bringing an electric car as not all properties have the electrical installation prepared to support this service. If available there is an extra charge, payable in advance on arrival: 100 € per week per car.
Security/Damage Deposits
Groups of guests under the age of 25 years may be asked to pay a security/damage deposit on arrival, refunded 14 days from departure after satisfactory inventory and damages inspection: 150 €/person.

Finca Leni is situated in a peaceful area, nestled in the countryside yet ideally located between the two resorts of Pollenca and Port de Pollenca which can easily be reached within a 10 minutes drive. Pollenca is an ancient town with attractive narrow streets and an impressive main square, a place abundant with art galleries, first-class restaurants, tapas bars and cafes plus several historical places of interest. Port de Pollenca was once a simple fishing port, now it remains very attractive and one of the most popular resorts on the island. The picturesque town is full of Mallorcan charm and is home to long stretches of golden sand, a delightful promenade lined by pine and palm trees with a splendid array of cafes and restaurants and a chic marina. Cala San Vicente is a beautiful secluded resort village with a splendid beach and three small hidden bays enclosed by the imposing backdrop of the Tramuntana Mountains. These three bays provide fine sand and pebble beaches with crystal clear waters.
