An old Mallorcan house with a charming top floor terrace that has been tastefully restored to include modern amenities including satellite TV (Languages: Spanish, English, German), DVD player and WiFi. It has 3 bedrooms and a capacity for 4 / 5 people (one double room, one double room with a smaller double bed and one single room), 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable living room. On the top floor is a lovely 30 m² terrace with ample garden furniture and barbecue to enjoy the outdoor peace and quiet of the village lifestyle. At only 200 meters away from the square with it's Sunday market and a few minutes away from the Calvary steps Casa Mariana allows you to integrate in the quiet life of the village whilst at the same time to be near to the beach resorts of Port de Pollensa and Cala San Vincente.

Casa Mariana is located in the centre of Pollensa, 200 m from the main square with its Sunday markets. Pollensa is located at the north of the island, an ancient town of attractive narrow streets and an impressive main square, lined with cafés, restaurants and bars. The town has several places of interest to visit including the Roman bridge, signposted ‘Pont Roma’, which is still in use and the Puig de Pollensa – a small mountain topped by a monastery. Just a few kilometres is Port de Pollensa once a simple fishing port, the town is now very attractive and there is rarely a high-rise block in sight; just long swathes of sandy beaches lined by pine and palm trees with a splendid array of cafes and restaurants. Cala San Vincent, a beautiful secluded resort village with a splendid beach and three small hidden bays enclosed by the imposing backdrop of the Tramuntana Mountains. These three bays provide fine sand and pebble beaches and the crystal clear waters provide a great place for snorkelling and canoeing.

A nice home with an amazing terrace in a quiet (but cute) town in the north of Mallorca.
The hosts were very accomodating and helpful, always ready to answer questions.
The house is fully equipped to live in (including cooking utensils & basic ingredients, a washing machine etc.)
We really appreciated the small gift with some fruits, ingredients and wine that they left for us in the fridge.
Two small downsides to this property is that there is almost no natural light or ventilation, because there is just one window going to the outside. Furthermore, there is NO private parking available, and parking on the streets is quite a hassle.
