Casa Julia is a fantastic villa with a private pool, extensive gardens, panoramic mountain views in a privileged location within walking distance to Pollensa old town. The villa sleeps 6 guests in 3 air-conditioned bedrooms and has been carefully renovated retaining many of its original features to create a traditional yet sophisticated atmosphere for an unforgettable holiday. Set over 2 floors the interiors are spacious, bright and very welcoming. On the ground floor, the living and dining room has a fireplace and doors that open straight out to the covered front terrace. A separate fully equipped kitchen with an adjoining dining area also has doors to the terrace. There are two bedrooms, one master double and one twin, the master has direct access to a full bathroom with "Jack & Jill" doors to the hallway. Upstairs is a further twin bedroom that enjoys a private terrace with views to the pool and mountains, a shower room and a second comfortable lounge. Outside, the spacious gardens offer a playground for children as well as lots of well-kept lawns. Shrubs surround the magnificent private pool area with a sun terrace, loungers, table tennis, shower and a generously sized L-shape pool with Roman steps. For those who enjoy al-fresco dining, there is a purpose-built barbecue area with an outdoor kitchen and terraces that
invite guests to relax and enjoy the beautiful panoramic views. Casa Julia provides a tranquil haven to relax in privacy and enjoy outdoor living in a place that feels miles away from the daily routine whilst in just a short stroll you have access to all the amenities and attractions of Old Town Pollensa or amazing sandy beaches in just a few minutes drive!

Cala San Vincente - The crystal clear waters provide a great place for snorkelling and canoeing.
Pollensa Golf Course - An attractive 9-hole course with spectacular views of the mountains and the north coast, its beautiful setting and design make it an enjoyable course.
Puerto Alcudi - Water park.

Electric Cars
Please check in advance if you are bringing an electric car as not all properties have the electrical installation prepared to support this service. If available there is an extra charge, payable in advance on arrival: 100 € per week per car.
Security/Damage Deposits
Groups of guests under the age of 25 years may be asked to pay a security/damage deposit on arrival, refunded 14 days from departure after satisfactory inventory and damages inspection: 150 €/person.

Casa Julia is situated in a peaceful area, nestled in the countryside with panoramic mountain views yet perfectly located only a 15 minutes walk to the historic old town of Pollensa, a place abundant with art galleries, first-class restaurants, many typical tapas bars and cafes. Pollensa is located at the north of the island, an ancient town of attractive narrow streets and several places of interest to visit including the Roman bridge, signposted ‘Pont Roma’, which is still in use and the Puig de Pollensa – a small mountain topped by a monastery. Just a few kilometres is Port de Pollensa once a simple fishing port, the town is now very attractive and there is rarely a high-rise block in sight; just long swathes of sandy beaches lined by pine and palm trees with a splendid array of cafes and restaurants. Cala San Vincente, a beautiful secluded resort village with a splendid beach and three small hidden bays enclosed by the imposing backdrop of the Tramuntana Mountains. These three bays provide fine sand and pebble beaches and the crystal clear waters provide a great place for snorkelling and canoeing.
