Casa Juani is a charming holiday home with a private pool, set amongst the pines in a peaceful countryside setting yet ideally located 10/15 minutes drive from the resorts of Pollensa, Port de Pollensa and Alcudia. The villa sleeps 6 guests and is traditional in style with wooden beamed ceilings and tiled floors but mixed with touches of modern creating light and welcoming interiors. Distributed over two floors, the ground floor consists of an open plan fully equipped kitchen with dining table and living area, one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, another bedroom with 2 single beds and a family bathroom. Upstairs is the third bedroom with 2 single beds and a second living area which leads out to a large sun terrace with magnificent views to the countryside and mountains. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and Satellite TV and Wi-Fi are available. Outside the villa is surrounded by nature with well established gardens planted with Mediterranean trees. shrubs and lawn, there is a built-in barbecue and covered porch for meals al-fresco, a children's play area and an inviting private swimming pool equipped with sun loungers and a covered terrace providing shade. Casa Juani is situated in a peaceful, family friendly area with beautiful views to the countryside yet ideally positioned to reach the fabulous resorts of Pollensa, Port de Pollensa and Alcudia within a 10/15 minutes drive. Pollensa is an ancient town of attractive narrow streets and an impressive main square, lined with cafés, restaurants and bars, it has several places of interest to visit including the Roman bridge, signposted ‘Pont Roma’, which is still in use and the Puig de Pollensa – a small mountain topped by a monastery. Port de Pollensa once a simple fishing port, the town is now very attractive with a splendid array of cafes and restaurants and long swathes of sandy beaches lined by pine and palm trees . The town of Alcudia is a real treasure on the island, hiding behind medieval walls and the ancient Roman ruins and just a few kilometres from Alcudia on the coast, lies its fraternal city, Puerto de Alcudia.
