Casa Fernando is a charming holiday home ideally located in the heart of Pollensa old town and just a few steps away from the many facilities, shops and restaurants that this ancient town has to offer. This delightful townhouse sleeps 6 guests and has been finished to the highest standard, making wide use of natural stone and modern furniture. Inside, is set over 2 floors and has been recently renovated to offer a great holiday experience, with all the most modern comforts. On the ground floor, there is a spacious lounge with satellite TV and sofas, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen, together with a spacious patio perfect for outdoor dining. On the upper floor, there are 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, again spacious and full of natural light. One of the bedrooms has a double bed with an en-suite shower room and direct access to a terrace and the other two bedrooms (twins) share a family bathroom. With its close proximity to fantastic restaurants, shops, bars and public transport Casa Fernando is the ideal choice for those who want to take a break from using a car and for guests who want to experience a taste of true Mallorcan life!

Pollensa Golf Course - An attractive 9-hole course with spectacular views of the mountains and the north coast, its beautiful setting and design make it an enjoyable course.

Where stated air-conditioning is included and acts as a cooling and heating system on a timer (available for use between 14:00 - 16:00 and 20:00 - 08:00 hours).
Electric Cars
Please check in advance if you are bringing an electric car as not all properties have the electrical installation prepared to support this service. If available there is an extra charge, payable in advance on arrival: 100 € per week per car.
Security/Damage Deposits
Groups of guests under the age of 25 years may be asked to pay a security/damage deposit on arrival, refunded 14 days from departure after satisfactory inventory and damages inspection: 150 €/person.

Casa Fernando is located in the heart of Pollensa old town, 450 m from the main square lined with cafés, restaurants and bars and famous for its Sunday markets. Pollensa is located at the north of the island, an ancient town of attractive narrow streets and several places of interest to visit including the Roman bridge, signposted ‘Pont Roma’, which is still in use and the Puig de Pollensa – a small mountain topped by a monastery. Just a few kilometres is Port de Pollensa once a simple fishing port, the town is now very attractive and there is rarely a high-rise block in sight; just long swathes of sandy beaches lined by pine and palm trees with a splendid array of cafes and restaurants. Cala San Vincente, a beautiful secluded resort village with a splendid beach and three small hidden bays enclosed by the imposing backdrop of the Tramuntana Mountains. These three bays provide fine sand and pebble beaches and the crystal clear waters provide a great place for snorkelling and canoeing.
