Unique House with Jacuzzi Pool, Terrace & Garden in the Historical Market Town of Pollensa !

Casa Estella is situated at the end of a cul-de-sac accessed via a narrow street in the market town of Pollensa with its impressive main square lined with cafes, restaurants and bars. This unique and special property has been lovingly restored maintaining the original features of terracotta floors, wooden beams and exposed stonework and also benefits from a large fenced garden with Jacuzzi, a roof terrace and a parking area for 3 cars. The property consists of large open plan dining/living area with A/C, SAT TV (German, Spanish, English), WiFi and a quaint separate kitchen with all modern amenities. The villa sleeps 6 people with 2 bedrooms on the first floor of the main house (1 x double with A/C, en-suite shower room and 1 x 2 single beds, A/C, plus a second shower room) the third bedroom is located in the annex (2 single beds, A/C). The annex has its own separate entrance via a set of steps and it also features a kitchenette, bathroom with bath tub and access to a terrace overlooking the garden.
