Can Rafalet with a private pool is set in a very pretty area known as the Colonya Valley yet ideally located just a short drive (10 minutes) to old town Pollensa and the sandy beaches of the east coast (15/20 mins). Inside, the design is traditional with some modern touches, terracotta tiles, wooden floors and also wooden beamed ceilings. The large front covered terrace leads into the lounge. dining and open kitchen, which is modern and fully equipped with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and a fridge freezer. The lounge has two sofas, a fireplace, satellite TV and DVD player. On this level, there is also a brand new shower room. Wooden stairs lead up to a mezzanine bedroom with two single beds, ideal for older children or couples and a corridor gives access to the other bedrooms, one twin and one double. The master double has a private terrace with beautiful mountain views and towards the Bay of Pollensa. Both bedrooms have wardrobes, wooden floors, air-conditioning and a full bathroom complete the upper floor. Outside, the gardens and big swimming pool with solarium are surrounded by palm, apple and fig trees plus many other small plants and flowers including cacti and roses. The covered terrace has lounge and dining furniture and next to it there is a lovely outdoor kitchen area with a built-in barbecue and an old wood oven as well as a handy exterior shower room. Port de Pollensa/Platja d'Alcudia/Platja de Muro - There is a range of water sports available including pedalos, kayaking, banana boats, parasailing and scuba diving. Boat trips are available sailing around the pretty bay or visiting the beautiful beach at Formentor.
Cala San Vicente - The crystal clear waters provide a great place for snorkeling and canoeing.
Pollensa Golf Course - An attractive 9-hole course with spectacular views of the mountains and the north coast, its beautiful setting and design make it an enjoyable course.
Puerto Alcudi - Water park.
