Can Bosc is a delightful stone-built villa with a private pool situated just outside the ancient town of Pollensa (800 m/15 minutes walk) that provides a quiet location with stunning views of the famous Puig de Maria. Set over one floor with 3 air-conditioned bedrooms the villa accommodates 6 guests. Inside there is a lovely mix of carefully selected rustic and contemporary furnishings, as well as many unique, handmade fixtures and fittings. The tastefully fitted kitchen is well equipped and benefits from exposed beamed ceilings, stone tiled floors and direct access out to the covered terrace, it also has a pretty wooden breakfast table and chairs. The dining room, again with beamed ceilings has a large wooden table and a typical Mallorcan chandelier, an archway with columns leads to the bright, sunny lounge featuring a huge picture window that beautifully frames the wonderful views. There is a double bedroom with traditional stone tiled floors with an en-suite bathroom and two further twin bedrooms that share a large family bathroom plus an additional guest toilet. Large glass doors lead out from the lounge to the fabulous, wrap-around covered terrace, furnished with a wicker table and chairs for relaxation, and a large table and chairs for outdoor dining. The private swimming pool is equipped with sun loungers and features a waterfall effect for further enjoyment. Can Bosc is perfect for families to enjoy outdoor living under the Mallorcan sun whilst also providing amazing views and easy access to the amenities and attractions of Old Town Pollensa!

Port de Pollensa - There is a range of water sports available including pedalos, kayaking, banana boats, parasailing and scuba diving. Boat trips are available sailing around the pretty bay or visiting the beautiful beach at Formentor.
Cala San Vincente - The crystal clear waters provide a great place for snorkelling and canoeing.
Pollensa Golf Course - An attractive 9-hole course with spectacular views of the mountains and the north coast, its beautiful setting and design make it an enjoyable course.
Puerto Alcudi - Water park.

Electric Cars
Please check in advance if you are bringing an electric car as not all properties have the electrical installation prepared to support this service. If available there is an extra charge, payable in advance on arrival: 100 € per week per car.
Security/Damage Deposits
Groups of guests under the age of 25 years may be asked to pay a security/damage deposit on arrival, refunded 14 days from departure after satisfactory inventory and damages inspection: 150 €/person.

Can Bosc is situated in a peaceful area, nestled in the countryside with panoramic views to the famous Puig de Maria yet only a 10/15 minutes walk to the historic old town of Pollensa, a place abundant with art galleries, first-class restaurants, many typical tapas bars and cafes. Pollensa is located at the north of the island, an ancient town of attractive narrow streets and several places of interest to visit including the Roman bridge, signposted ‘Pont Roma’, which is still in use and the Puig de Pollensa – a small mountain topped by a monastery. Just a few kilometres is Port de Pollensa once a simple fishing port, the town is now very attractive and there is rarely a high-rise block in sight; just long swathes of sandy beaches lined by pine and palm trees with a splendid array of cafes and restaurants. Cala San Vincente, a beautiful secluded resort village with a splendid beach and three small hidden bays enclosed by the imposing backdrop of the Tramuntana Mountains. These three bays provide fine sand and pebble beaches and the crystal clear waters provide a great place for snorkelling and canoeing.
