Villa Milo with a private pool is a cosy 2-bedroom Mallorcan house situated in the peaceful countryside just 5 minutes drive to the shops, restaurants and sandy beach of Port de Pollensa, This convenient location also gives easy access to Old Town Pollensa, Pollensa Golf course and Cala San Vicente. Inside, the villa is cool, comfortable and traditionally furnished with air-conditioning in the open-plan living space. The fully equipped kitchen is separated from the lounge, dining area with a breakfast bar and a staircase leads to a mezzanine level above used as an extra lounge space. There are 2 bedrooms, a double and a twin, the double has an en-suite shower room and there is a further shower room. Outside, the garden has views over the surrounding countryside, a well-maintained lawn and an inviting private swimming pool with sun loungers. There is a brick-built barbecue and a lovely covered terrace providing shade to relax or dine al fresco. Pollensa Golf Course - An attractive 9-hole course with spectacular views of the mountains and the north coast, its beautiful setting and design make it an enjoyable course.

Villa Milo is situated in the countryside between Port de Pollensa and Pollensa. From this convenient location, you have very easy and quick access to both resorts (5/8 minutes by car), a beautiful coastline, great beaches and a diversity of culture, shops and restaurants. Port de Pollensa was once a simple fishing port, now it remains very attractive and one of the most popular resorts on the island. The picturesque town is full of Mallorcan charm and is home to long stretches of golden sand, a delightful promenade lined by pine and palm trees with a splendid array of cafes and restaurants and a chic marina. Pollensa is an ancient town with attractive narrow streets and an impressive main square, lined with cafés, restaurants and bars. The town has several places of interest to visit including the Roman bridge, signposted ‘Pont Roma’, which is still in use and the Puig de Pollensa – a small mountain topped by a monastery. Cala San Vicente is a beautiful secluded resort village with a splendid beach and three small hidden bays enclosed by the imposing backdrop of the Tramuntana Mountains. These three bays provide fine sand and pebble beaches and crystal clear waters.
