Finca Lucia is situated peacefully in a pine wooded area and within easy access of Pollensa and Alcudia at 5 km. This quaint one storey villa offers stunning countryside and mountain views in a secluded and private location and sleeps 4 people in 2 air-conditioned double bedrooms (1 double / 1 twin) with a shared bathroom. The sleeping areas are separated by archways leading to the open plan living space with a fully equipped kitchen, utility room, dining and living area with wood-burning fireplace comfortable seating, SAT TV (German, Spanish, English) and DVD player, WiFi is also available throughout the property. The villa is south facing and benefits from all day sunshine to enjoy the private pool and relaxation, there is also a covered terrace to provide shade and a brick-built barbecue for enjoying evening meals al fresco and a glass of the local wine as the sun sets in the distance.

Security/Damage Deposits
Groups of guests under the age of 25 years may be asked to pay a security/damage deposit on arrival, refunded 14 days from departure after satisfactory inventory and damages inspection: 150 €/person.

Finca Lucia is located in a pine wooded area and within easy access of Pollensa and Alcudia at 5 km. Pollensa is located at the north of the island, an ancient town of attractive narrow streets and an impressive main square, lined with cafés, restaurants and bars. The town has several places of interest to visit including the Roman bridge, signposted ‘Pont Roma’, which is still in use and the Puig de Pollensa – a small mountain topped by a monastery. Just a few kilometres is Port de Pollensa once a simple fishing port, the town is now very attractive and there is rarely a high-rise block in sight; just long swathes of sandy beaches lined by pine and palm trees with a splendid array of cafes and restaurants. The town of Alcudia is a real treasure on the island, hiding behind medieval walls and the ancient Roman ruins and just a few kilometers from Alcudia on the coast, lies its fraternal city, Puerto de Alcudia. Cala San Vincent, a beautiful secluded resort village with a splendid beach and three small hidden bays enclosed by the imposing backdrop of the Tramuntana Mountains. These three bays provide fine sand and pebble beaches and the crystal clear waters provide a great place for snorkelling and canoeing.

Seit über 25 Jahren kommen wir im Juni jedes Jahr auf die schöne Insel. Die Region um Pollenca und Port de Pollenca gefällt uns besonders wegen der abwechslungsreichen Landschaft (Tramuntanagebirge, Küstenabschnitte, von Bergketten umrahmte blaue Meeresbuchten). Gut, dass man hier nicht nur Touristen antrifft. Anhand der GPS-Daten konnten wir auch rel. leicht das Anwesen finden. Wir lieben diese Abgeschiedenheit in dieser mediterranen Region, in der der es auch noch etwas Landwirtschaft gibt, einschließlich Schafsherden gackernden Hühnern samt krähendem Hahn. Und hier dann diese voll ausgestattete Finca, in der man noch viel von der Familienhistorie spürt. Der Pool ist ein Traum (nachts auch noch beleuchtbar). Das große Grundstück ist sehr gepflegt und manche Sträucher künstlerisch geschnitten. Vom Eigentümer haben wir ein wenig Interessantes zum Anwesen hören können. Von ihm bekamen wir frisch geerntetes Gemüse von seinem Feld nebenan :) Übrigens war der Telefonservice mit freundlichen Best-Holiday-Mitarbeiterinnen jederzeit erreichbar.
