Set over one floor, there are 2 air-conditioned bedrooms for up to 4 guests and a family shower room. The spacious lounge with a beamed ceiling is comfortably furnished and has a flat-screen satellite TV, DVD, Stereo and Wi-Fi, a door from here leads to a separate modern kitchen which is fully equipped with integrated appliances, a dining table/chairs and direct access to the terrace. Outside, a covered terrace adjacent to the kitchen houses a traditional outdoor kitchen with a brick-built barbecue and outside dining area, ideal for al-fresco dinners. The large private pool is surrounded by sunbathing terraces and well-kept gardens with lawn, shrubs, Mediterranean trees: a true delight for long relaxing days under the sun. Please check in advance if you are bringing an electric car as not all properties have the electrical installation prepared to support this service. If available there is an extra charge, payable in advance on arrival: 100 € per week per car.

Security/Damage Deposits
Groups of guests under the age of 25 years may be asked to pay a security/damage deposit on arrival, refunded 14 days from departure after satisfactory inventory and damages inspection: 150 €/person.

Casa Valeria has an ideal location situated in a peaceful area with mountain views yet within walking distance (15 minutes) to the historic old town of Pollensa, a place abundant with art galleries, first-class restaurants, many typical tapas bars and cafes. Pollensa is located at the north of the island, an ancient town of attractive narrow streets and several places of interest to visit including the Roman bridge, signposted ‘Pont Roma’, which is still in use and the Puig de Pollensa – a small mountain topped by a monastery. Just a few kilometres is Port de Pollensa once a simple fishing port, the town is now very attractive and there is rarely a high-rise block in sight; just long swathes of sandy beaches lined by pine and palm trees with a splendid array of cafes and restaurants. Cala San Vincente, a beautiful secluded resort village with a splendid beach and three small hidden bays enclosed by the imposing backdrop of the Tramuntana Mountains. These three bays provide fine sand and pebble beaches and the crystal clear waters provide a great place for snorkelling and canoeing.
