Casa Julen with a private pool is a delightful single-storey villa situated in a peaceful area with mountain views yet conveniently placed between the two resorts of Pollensa and Port de Pollensa (5/10 minutes drive). The villa sleeps 4 guests and is typically Mallorcan in style with simple and comfortable furnishings. Inside, there are 2 bedrooms, one double and one twin and 1 shared bathroom, a further shower is housed in the external utility room with a washing machine. The living area is open plan with a fully equipped kitchen, breakfast bar, dining area and cosy lounge with a wood-burner, satellite TV and DVD player. All windows have mosquito screens and fans are provided. Outside there is a lovely garden with a lawn, an L-shaped private pool with Roman steps and a sun terrace with loungers. The house has two covered, furnished terraces and a built-in barbecue, perfect for al fresco dining whilst enjoying the excellent views of the mountains. Casa Julen is ideal for a small family and offers a peaceful and private retreat for a relaxing holiday whilst its' convenient location gives easy access to shops, restaurants, culture and fantastic sandy beaches!

Pollensa Golf Course - An attractive 9-hole course with spectacular views of the mountains and the north coast, its beautiful setting and design make it an enjoyable course.

Casa Julen is situated in a peaceful area, nestled in the countryside with mountain views yet ideally located between the two resorts of Pollensa and Port de Pollensa which can easily be reached within a 5/10 minutes drive. Pollensa is an ancient town with attractive narrow streets and an impressive main square, lined with cafés, restaurants and bars. The town has several places of interest to visit including the Roman bridge, signposted ‘Pont Roma’, which is still in use and the Puig de Pollensa – a small mountain topped by a monastery. Port de Pollensa once a simple fishing port, the town is now very attractive with a splendid array of cafes and restaurants and long swathes of sandy beaches lined by pine and palm trees with an excellent choice of water sports on offer. Cala San Vicente is a beautiful secluded resort village with a splendid beach and three small hidden bays enclosed by the imposing backdrop of the Tramuntana Mountains. These three bays provide fine sand and pebble beaches and the crystal clear waters provide a great place for snorkelling and canoeing.
