Casa Francis is an attractive and welcoming holiday home with spacious interiors, a large private swimming pool and stunning gardens. The villa is extremely well located along a country lane in a tranquil setting with views of the Tramuntana mountains yet within a 10/15 minutes drive you can be in the heart of Pollensa old town, on the golf course or relaxing on one of the nearby sandy beaches. This 2 bedroom property sleeps 4 guests and has been beautifully furnished in Mallorcan style with feature exposed pine beams set over two floors. On the ground floor is an open plan dining area with a feature fireplace and an American style fully equipped kitchen with doors leading out to the covered terrace. The lounge also has double doors opening onto the terrace/garden, a plasma satellite TV, DVD player, Wi-Fi and comfortable sofas and chairs. The 2 bedrooms with satellite TV's are air-conditioned, a twin bedroom and bathroom with a hydro-massage shower on this floor and upstairs a master double bedroom, bathroom and a private terrace, perfect for morning coffee whilst gazing at the lovely mountain views. Outside in the well-kept garden, there are various seating areas including a covered terrace with dining furniture, mature trees, shrubs, palm trees and flowers. A lawn surrounds the generous private pool equipped with sun loungers/parasols, there is a handy exterior shower room and a traditional outdoor kitchen and barbecue area for lovers of al-fresco dining. Casa Francis is perfect for families or couples who enjoy outdoor living and relaxing whilst still being close to fantastic restaurants, stunning beaches, traditional villages and ancient towns!

Sports & Activities

Pollensa - There are several places of historical interest including "The Roman Bridge", signposted ‘Pont Roma’, and "Puig de Maria", a small mountain topped by a monastery.
Port de Pollensa/Platja d'Alcudia/Platja de Muro - There is a range of water sports available including pedalos, kayaking, banana boats, parasailing and scuba diving. Boat trips are available sailing around the pretty bay or visiting the beautiful beach at Formentor.
Cala San Vincente - The crystal clear waters provide a great place for snorkelling and canoeing.
Pollensa Golf Course - An attractive 9-hole course with spectacular views of the mountains and the north coast, its beautiful setting and design make it an enjoyable course.
Puerto Alcudi - Water park.

Air-Conditioning and Heating
Where stated air-conditioning is included and acts as a cooling and heating system on a timer (available for use between 14:00 - 16:00 and 20:00 - 08:00 hours).

Electric Cars
Please check in advance if you are bringing an electric car as not all properties have the electrical installation prepared to support this service. If available there is an extra charge, payable in advance on arrival: 100 € per week per car.

Security/Damage Deposits
Groups of guests under the age of 25 years may be asked to pay a security/damage deposit on arrival, refunded 14 days from departure after satisfactory inventory and damages inspection: 150 €/person.
