Villa Alvina with a private pool is a large six-bedroom Majorcan country house that enjoys a superb setting in the La Font area of Pollenca, approximately a 30-minute walk to the old town with its excellent selection of shops and restaurants, while the beaches in the resorts of Cala San Vicente and Port de Pollenca are just a 10-minute drive. Set in lovely mature gardens of mainly citrus and pine trees, the house enjoys fabulous views of the surrounding countryside, the mountains of the Serra de Tramuntana and towards the Bay of Pollenca. The interiors are tastefully furnished and very spacious with exposed beams and tile flooring. The main entrance leads to a living room with satellite TV, DVD and the dining area has seating for 12 people. The kitchen is separate, fully equipped with appliances plus a washing machine is provided in the exterior utility room. Also on the ground floor are two twin bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms. Stairs lead up to a gallery landing area with seating and a satellite TV. From this level, there is access to the master double bedroom with an en-suite shower room and a private terrace with steps down to the pool. There are two further twin bedrooms, one with an en-suite shower and one that shares a shower room on this floor with the bedroom above. A spiral staircase leads up to a studio double bedroom which has splendid views from its' numerous windows. Outside, is a lovely mature garden of citrus and pine trees, a private swimming pool, sun loungers and also a separate children’s pool. The extensive lawns are perfect for large families and for those that like games there is a table tennis table. There are two furnished and covered terraces one for relaxing out of the sun and the other is dedicated to al fresco dining with a built-in barbecue, original bread oven, and a large outdoor dining table with bench seating for large groups. Villa Alvina provides a tranquil retreat for a relaxing holiday with family and friends and a convenient location close to towns and beaches!

Sports & Activities

Pollenca - Places of interest to visit include the Roman bridge, signposted ‘Pont Roma’, which is still in use and the Puig de Pollensa – a small mountain topped by a monastery.
Port de Pollenca - There is a range of water sports available including pedalos, kayaking, banana boats, parasailing and scuba diving. Boat trips are available sailing around the pretty bay or visiting the beautiful beach at Formentor.
Cala San Vincente - The crystal clear waters provide a great place for snorkelling and canoeing.
Pollenca Golf Course - An attractive 9-hole course with spectacular views of the mountains and the north coast.
Puerto Alcudi - Water park.
