One of the most beautiful fincas we’ve been to. The finca is in a valley with alot of green and some 🐑 sheep on the property around the tennis courts. The do not disturb at all. We enjoyed spending time at the pool just like the kids in the jacuzzi. The finca ist approximately 100 years old and has be refurbished about 20 years ago. It belongs to a beautiful Majorcan family. The popped round once or twice, without disturbing us. But we had nice conversations. And the fixed some thing which the kids broke. The furniture inside really suits the finca, no modern stuff. Good choice !! We were 14 people, we had plenty of room with 7 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. We really enjoyed spending our holiday in the finca.. Properly not been there the last time 🤩

Great villa - beautiful views, and excellent facilities (tennis, sauna, ping pong, bbq, hot tub). Lots of different places to eat and relax in the evening. Great for groups.

Nice house was a pleasant stay

Wir haben als Familie eine wunderbare Woche in der Finca verbracht. Das Haus hat viele lauschige Plätze mit toller Aussicht. Alles ist sehr gut durchdacht und super gepflegt, Garten, Pool und Tennisplatz sind hier besonders hervorzuheben. Die Lage hat uns sehr gefallen, man ist schnell in diversen umliegende Orte. Verbesserungswürdig wäre lediglich das WLAN und das die Klimaanlage nur in den Abend bis frühen Morgenstunden eins haltbar ist.

Tolle Finca in einem schönen Garten! Das Jacuzzi ist riesig und war super geheizt. Der Pool war im Mai noch frisch. Der Tennisplatz ist cool und unsere Jungs stets beschäftigt! Das Mobiliar im Haus ist schon älter, aber es war alles sehr sauber und zweckmässig. Check-in und out waren völlig unkompliziert. Die Lage ist nahe einer Strasse von daher hört man teilweise die Autos ist dafür aber auch sehr schnell überall. Alles in allem eine tolle , grosse Unterkunft mit vielen Freizeitmöglichkeiten!

We loved every minute of our stay! Amazing villa, beautiful grounds, great pool, nice tennis court, lovely sauna and jacuzzi. We liked all the rooms too, they had a bit of a rustic feel which fitted the area. Quiet surroundings, sheep, avocado and lime trees - we would love to come again and would definitely recommend the villa to another big group.

Es war ein Traum! Wir (4 Familien mit 8 Erwachsenen und 6 Kindern) hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in der wunderschönen Finca mit der großzügigen Anlage inmitten der Natur umgeben von Obst - und Olivenbäumen und weidenden Schafen. Die Ausstattung der Finca war sehr gut und gepflegt. Die Einrichtung entsprach einer charmanten mallorquinischen Finca. Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt und die Annehmlichkeiten der Finca wie Pool, Jacuzzi und Tennisplatz - dank des sommerhaften Wetters- genossen. Auch der Steingrill kam mehrmals zum Einsatz. Wir hatten einmal einen kleinen Zwischenfall mit den Kindern im Jacuzzi und der Anbieter war sofort - auch außerhalb der Öffnungszeiten- erreichbar und hat uns schnell und unkompliziert geholfen. Es gab immer einen Ansprechpartner auch dank der Notfalltelefonnummer. Wir haben uns sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt und können die wunderschöne Finca und den Anbieter uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!!! Ps. Wir kommen wieder;-)

a great location with lot of space, small children as well as sportive adults are welcome and find anything needed for a relaxing holiday time. We had a wonderfull time and will come back.

Finca Octavia is a beautiful villa, situated in a picturesque and secluded location. Only a short drive to Pollenca/Port De Pollence, it was easy to do shops. The location at the foot of the mountain made for a scenic backdrop and is climbable! The villa is beautifully decorated with quirky art and antiques and there are excellent spaces to sit as a group. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and comfortably slept 14. There were also two fantastic tables to seat everyone. The grounds are enormous. The pool and tennis court in particular were especially excellent. We were never short of spots to hang out outside as there was ample seating. Equipment was provided for the tennis court and table tennis, however the quality could of been a bit better. The only issue we faced was working the jacuzzi, which only seemed to get warm on one occasion. More assistance in how to work it would be appreciated. Nevertheless, all 14 of us had an exceptional holiday thanks to the villa and we would highly recommend it to friends or family.
