Charming 4 Bedroom Villa, A/C, Private Pool in a Quiet Rural Location Between Búger & Sa Pobla!

Can Carraixet with a private pool is located in the peaceful, rural area of Búger, halfway between the villages of Búger and Sa Pobla. This charming two-storey stone villa sleeps 8 guests in 4 air-conditioned bedrooms and has been beautifully furnished throughout. On the ground floor, is a large lounge/dining room that opens out to a covered terrace/pool area, there are comfortable sofas, a dining table/chairs, a wood-burner fire, and a flat-screen satellite TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, dishwasher and electric hob/oven. The first of the bedrooms, a double and a shower room are also on this floor. Upstairs are three further double bedrooms and a shared full bathroom. An exterior utility room houses the washing machine along with an extra w/c. Outside, a large sun terrace provides plenty of space for relaxing in the sun and surrounds a sparkling private pool, there are loungers, garden and dining furniture as well as a portable barbecue for enjoying meals alfresco. Port de Pollensa/Platja d'Alcudia/Platja de Muro - A range of water sports available including pedalos, kayaking, banana boats, parasailing and scuba diving. Boat trips are available sailing around the bay or visiting the beautiful beach at Formentor.
Pollensa - There are several places of historical interest including "The Roman Bridge", signposted ‘Pont Roma’, and "Puig de Maria", a small mountain topped by a monastery.
Pollensa Golf Course - An attractive 9-hole course with spectacular views of the mountains and the north coast.
Puerto Alcudi - Water park.
