Can Rafael with a private pool is set in lovely mature grounds, off a quiet country lane in a tiny hamlet of 4 properties just a few minutes from the centre of Búger. This beautiful stone-built house has been lovingly restored by its' owners with a desire to keep it traditional and rustic in style whilst adding tasteful, modern touches and comforts for the guests (including air-conditioning throughout). The spacious interiors of the main house have exposed beams and stone walls that have been paired with quality furnishings and soft lighting to create a lovely natural ambience. In the main building, you will find a beautiful modern, fully equipped kitchen and a large lounge/dining area with satellite TV, WiFi, a fireplace and comfortable sofas. There are two twin bedrooms, one with an en-suite shower room and the other has a full bathroom adjacent. The third bedroom is housed in a studio annexe with an independent entrance and consists of a lounge with a wood-burning fireplace, a bathroom and a double bed on a mezzanine level above. The outside areas are totally private with a large lawn to the front and side as well as a parking area. The sun terrace is equipped with loungers and the L-shaped swimming pool is gated with a shallow entry, so ideal for families with children. The pretty covered terrace has an outdoor kitchen area, built-in barbecue and has been furnished for al fresco dining. Can Rafael offers a peaceful retreat for a relaxing holiday with the opportunity to discover the rural Mallorcan way of life whilst still giving easy access to the coast and popular beach resorts!

Port de Pollensa/Platja d'Alcudia/Platja de Muro - A range of water sports available including pedalos, kayaking, banana boats, parasailing and scuba diving. Boat trips are available sailing around the bay or visiting the beautiful beach at Formentor.
Pollensa - There are several places of historical interest including "The Roman Bridge", signposted ‘Pont Roma’, and "Puig de Maria", a small mountain topped by a monastery.
Pollensa Golf Course - An attractive 9-hole course with spectacular views of the mountains and the north coast.
Puerto Alcudi - Water park.

Can Rafael is set in lovely mature grounds, off a quiet country lane in a tiny hamlet of 4 properties just a few minutes by car or 20 minutes walk from the centre of Búger. A small town on top of a hill with beautiful views of the north coast and central area of Mallorca. It's a very quiet place, authentic rural Mallorca with surroundings formed by the cultivation areas of almond and carob fields. The activity runs around its main street in the centre where you'll find most businesses, some bars with large terraces and a handful of casual eateries serving hearty Mallorcan Tapas and traditional dishes. Búger is a place to reconnect with the countryside and a much slower pace of life, it has now become a popular choice as a starting point for hiking and cycling trips. Sa Pobla is partly on the Albufera nature reserve (Parc natural de s'Albufera de Mallorca), a protected wetland area, which is particularly good for bird watching as well as cycling and walks. The town also has excellent transport connections so you can quickly and easily get to many towns and villages throughout Mallorca. Alcúdia Bay is less than a 20-minute drive with a long sandy beach stretching from Port d'Alcudia down to Platja de Muro, a great place for families with shallow clear waters, activities and water sports on offer. The beach is lined with a splendid array of cafes, restaurants and beach bars to suit all tastes.
