Can Aroa with a private pool is a charming stone-built house located in the peaceful, rural area of Búger, halfway between the villages of Búger and Sa Pobla. This two-storey property has been lovingly restored with great style whilst maintaining the old and rural character, wooden beam ceilings, tiled floors and beautiful exposed stone walls. The ground floor consists of a cosy lounge with satellite TV, DVD player, a wood-burner and comfortable sofas. A spacious fully equipped kitchen with a dining table/chairs and fitted with modern appliances. A double bedroom and a bathroom. There are 2 further bedrooms upstairs, a double and a twin, both have lovely views towards the village of Búger and share a family bathroom. The house is set in mature gardens with an inviting private pool with Roman steps which is surrounded by plenty of lawn areas, so great for families with children. There are sun loungers and chill-out areas as well as a fabulous covered terrace with a built-in barbecue, large wooden table and benches, perfect for grilled meals al fresco. Pollensa - There are several places of historical interest including "The Roman Bridge", signposted ‘Pont Roma’, and "Puig de Maria", a small mountain topped by a monastery.
Pollensa Golf Course - An attractive 9-hole course with spectacular views of the mountains and the north coast.
Puerto Alcudi - Water park.

Can Aroa is located in the peaceful, rural area of Búger just a few minutes by car or 30 minutes walk from the centre of Búger and 10 minutes drive to the larger town of Sa Pobla. Búger is a small town on top of a hill with beautiful views of the north coast and central area of Mallorca. It's a very quiet place, authentic rural Mallorca with surroundings formed by the cultivation areas of almond and carob fields. The activity runs around its main street in the centre where you'll find most businesses, some bars with large terraces and a handful of casual eateries serving hearty Mallorcan Tapas and traditional dishes. Búger is a place to reconnect with the countryside and a much slower pace of life, it has now become a popular choice as a starting point for hiking and cycling trips. The nearby town of Sa Pobla is also well-known for its agricultural activity and weekly market, the large market with lots of stalls is held every Sunday morning and is visited by tourists and residents of nearby towns, many of the local farmers sell their produce here so you can guarantee you'll find authentic Mallorcan foods and goods. Throughout the year and the Plaza Mayor is a lively place, the square is surrounded by pedestrian streets with numerous businesses, cafes and restaurants. Sa Pobla is partly on the Albufera nature reserve (Parc natural de s'Albufera de Mallorca), a protected wetland area, which is particularly good for bird watching as well as cycling and walks. The town also has excellent transport connections so you can quickly and easily get to many towns and villages throughout Mallorca. Alcúdia Bay is less than 30 minutes drive with a long sandy beach stretching from Port d'Alcudia down to Platja de Muro, a great place for families with shallow clear waters, activities and water sports on offer. The beach is lined with a splendid array of cafes, restaurants and beach bars to suit all tastes.
