Just back after a weeks holiday in villa flor ,it was amazing villa is beautiful ,so close to everywhere ,supermarket on your doorstep ,we will definitely be back again!
A lovely villa we had a lovely stay
We were a group of 10 people and Villa Flor was perfect for us. With bedrooms over three floors there was plenty of space for everyone. The pictures do not do the villa justice as it is so much bigger inside and outside. The pool was big enough for the children to play in all day and it was cleaned every day. Linens and towels were changed during our one week stay. Having stayed in other villas this was a nice touch. We would highly recommend this villa and would stay again if we were in Cala D'or again.
Fantastic Vila, great location for town and beach. Cannot fault in any way.

Fabulous villa. Lots of space and well- equipped kitchen. The playroom downstairs was great for our 2 grandchildren (aged 1 and 3) although it is a little damp which has resulted in the tent being unsuitable. The outdoor accommodation is lovely and the pool great (albeit a bit cold for the start if April). The pool 'man' was excellent. He came every day to the delight of our grandchildren, who loved watching him and the housekeeping was great too. We had a great time with the extended family. The only down-side which has been mentioned by others, is the very loud music coming from the hotel opposite which is completely OTT and the hotel seems to gave scant regard for those in the villa.
Beautiful villa. Everything catered for. They even came mid week and cleaned and changed sheets, brilliant service. Very attentive. Could do with a file of Cala D'Or with map and highlights, best restaurants, best beaches, day trips, boat trips, etc... that would be really helpful. In a fantastic location, everything is on the doorstep. You can hear the hotel entertainment opposite but this was finished by 10.30pm so did not bother us.
Wonderful villa just right for the size of our family, plenty of room for everyone to enjoy themselves & relax. The location was excellent, a ten minute walk to a lovely marina in one direction and a ten minute walk the other way to the beach and a huge choice of bars and restaurants. The only thing i would suggest is that mirrors be fitted in the bedrooms upstairs, there were five adults and one child sharing a bathroom and all trying to get ready on an evening was a little frustrating. Granted there was another bathroom down in the basement but it was very dark down there so not ideal for getting ready in. The only other thing i think would be helpful is to have manuals for the appliances in the kitchen. Apart from those two very minor things we had a fantastic time,the pool was cleaned every day and the man that came was very helpful. We would highly recommend this property and hope to visit again ourselves in the future.
Stayed Aug 2016. Best Holiday Homes provided excellent service both before and during our stay and we would definitely rent through them again. The location of the house was ideal. Literally 5 mins walk from centre, 10 mins to marina and 2 supermarkets within 5 mins walk also. The house itself was well presented and nice and clean. Outside space was good with good large terrace, garden and pool area. Internally well fitted kitchen, nice bathrooms and individual aircon in bedrooms. Minor points - Nothing bigger than small espresso style coffee cups. We bought some mugs and left these which should now resolve that! :) Also main terrace could do with some additional lighting as a little dark on an evening. Also the house is directly opposite the sa marina hotel and more particularly its entertainment stage. If you like hotel entertainment but want your own privacy then its ideal if not then it can be a little intrusive particularly on an evening if you do not go out as no escaping the noise if sat on terrace. That said it is all finished by 1030/11pm so if you go out for a meal on an evening it isn't an issue. In summary would definitely return as house located in great spot and the points raised above really are minor.
Villa Flor is a lovely well maintained villa each day the pool is cleaned and the garden looked after. The owners were waiting to greet us upon arrival and showed us around they provided some bottled water and there was charcoal, fire lighters and matches for the BBQ which I thought was a nice touch. Villa is in superb location with Eroski supermarket and spa within 5 minute walk. Main area for restaurants and bars takes under 10 minutes to walk to and the choice is plentiful and around same distance to marina. Villa is very clean and comfortable, the kitchen is lovely and modern and has all nesessary utensils. Shower in ensuite was lovely and powerful. Villa is opposite the Sa Marina hotel who do have a lovely evening entertainment which can be heard quite loudly at the villa, this wasn't a concern for my party and we actually enjoyed the live singers and it stopped by 11pm at the latest. I would definitely consider returning to villa flor as it was fantastic. Only issue for me was we booked airport transfer and return journey time pickup was not early enough and we nearly missed check in this was arranged via Best Holiday Homes not the owners so more time required. Best Holiday homes were very good with communicating even when abroad I would definitely recommend them and would book via them in the future. Overall a fantastic holiday!
