Charming Countryside Retreat with Private Pool, just minutes from Calonge and Fantastic Beaches!

Finca Juliana is a peaceful and tranquil rural retreat that sits on a large plot surrounded by nature and almond trees but just a few minutes from Calogne and S'Horta where you will find amenities: shops, restaurants, bars etc. It's also in an excellent location for exploring some of the finest beaches in Mallorca as the picturesque bays and natural coves are all within just a short drive. This one storey Finca comfortably accommodates 6 guests (plus 2 infants) in air conditioned (hot/cold), spacious and immaculately furnished interiors in calming pastel colours and carefully selected nautical touches. There are 3 double bedrooms, one with en-suite shower room plus a second large bathroom with walk-in shower, the kitchen/dining area is modern, fully equipped with appliances and the living area (satellite TV, DVD, WiFi) with fireplace is flooded with natural light from the large glass patio doors that open out to the covered terrace. Outside there is a private swimming pool with shower, plenty of lawn for children to play, spacious terraces for sunbathing, a "tented pergola" for shade and relaxation plus an outdoor kitchen with grill/barbecue for enjoying meals al fresco. Finca Juliana is a lovely holiday home with time/thought spent on the attention to detail so a roof terrace was not forgotten (accessed via an exterior staircase) with panoramic views over the 19,000 m² plot of almond trees and the Mallorcan countryside.
