This typical Mallorcan holiday home has a rustic and cosy style and is fully equipped with air conditioning, central heating, WiFi and satellite TV (Languages: Spanish, English, German). Distributed over one floor there are 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (one en-suite), an open plan living space with fireplace, a dining area and a gas kitchen with appliances (fridge/freezer, washing machine, iron, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils). The house enjoys views to the mountains and to the enchanting fenced garden with spaces shaded by palm trees, a private swimming pool, several areas for sunbathing, a stone-built barbecue and a covered terrace for enjoying meals al fresco with family or friends.
