Casa Benita is a charming 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom detached villa with 3 terraces, a green mediterranean garden and communal pool area. The house is split over three floors with the Master bedroom and spacious en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower at the top, two bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower on the pool level and another bedroom (with double sleeping couch) and bathroom with shower on the middle floor. Every bedroom has ceiling fans and air conditioning units. The lounge and dining area is also air conditioned. The kitchen has all the usual appliances plus a dishwasher and coffee machine and there´s an utility room with washing machine. Privacy and sun are assured all day on the upper two terraces of the house.

The house sits in a quiet community of 3 detached houses which share a main communal pool.
The pool is triangular, 15m x 8m in size, 1.70m deep at the far end and 0.60m deep in the shallow end. It has built in roman steps at the shallow end. There is a good sized patio area next to the pool and a lawned garden area, which are ideal for sunbathing.
Six private sun loungers belong to Casa Benita.
