There is a cloam oven, a BBQ and patio furniture for al fresco dining. Around the private swimming pool (8,2m x 4,2m x 1,35 depth) is a secluded terracotta tiled terrace with sunbeds. The pathways, patio, pool and private parking area are lit at night. On the ground floor there is an open plan living, dining, kitchen area (with full cooking facilities). The living area has a fireplace, and French windows that open onto a marble tiled veranda. A door leads from the kitchen onto a large patio with sea views. A staircase leads up to the first floor where there are two bedrooms and one bathroom.
