Villa Ivana is a delightful cosy stone cottage for 8-10 persons, situated in the village Pinezici, consisting of only a few houses and surrounded by rural countryside, where you can enjoy complete relaxation in peace and tranquillity. In the garden is a charming stone built summer kitchen with BBQ - ideal for outdoor meals during the day or evening and a private swimming pool surrounded by Mediterranean trees and vegetation. Pula is only 13 km away, Vodnjan is 7 km, where you can find excellent restaurants and the nearest beach is 10 km away in Duga Uvala. In the evenings Pula, Rabac and Labin are all excellent for eating and drinking .... There is a possibility of buying local produce from the farmers including wine and olive oil.

On the right side of the ground floor is a spacious kitchen with dinning area. The furniture in the kitchen is made from natural wood and is fully-equipped with an oven, fridge, dishwasher and filter coffee machine, next to the kitchen is a storage room and the stairs to the upper floor. On the left side of the ground floor is the living area with comfortable lounge and SAT/TV, DVD player. Next to this is a shower room/WC with washing machine. On the first floor are 2 double bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms, and a double bedroom and shower room. The stairs lead to the spacious top floor bedroom with sloping ceilings; this has two single beds both of which have an additional bed which pulls out - making a total of 4 beds.

In front of the house, is a lawn and a summer house with BBQ; the front garden extends to another area with a private swimming pool (9.5 x 4 - depth 5 m) with Mediterranean trees and vegetation around.

We had a really great time at Ivana Villa. The owners who live nearby are very friendly and helpful. We had one request (gas bottle was empty) and they changed it right away.
We were a group of 4 couples with one small child. Unfortunately we were not aware that one room isn't really a room. Ground level consist of one bathroom with shower, the living room (we didn't use at all) and kitchen with large table for 8 people and a seperate second fridge for drinks. The stairs lead from the kitchen to the first floor, which has two double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and showers plus one double bedroom with seperate bathroom. The fourth bedroom is the second floor. It has two single beds but unfortunately no door, so the stairs lead directly into the room which is a bit inconvenient as you can hear everything that happens in the downstairs kitchen and vice versa. In the end it was ok, but the room would be better used as childrens bedroom.
The pool area and outside area are beautiful, spacious enough for 8 people and one child and the heart of the villa. We spent most of our time there and in the kitchen.
The kitchen itself could use some more cooking equipment like a large baking dish, large pans and maybe another large pot, also maybe a large salad bowl. We met limitations when cooking for everyone. However we managed nevertheless, we mostly used the outside BBQ.
The village is veeeeery quiet which for us was perfect. If you are looking for restaurants, bars oder supermarkets you have to drive a bit (Pula 15 min). Also mobile signal isn't too good and the WiFi as well. But we enjoyed to be away from everything.
We played music with a small boom box all day long and even in the evenings. We were not too loud, nobody complained. But I think if you are a group of young people wanting to party into the night it would be a problem with neighbors.
All in all we had a really pleasant stay and the villa is awesome value for money! We would go there again.

Great spacious villa for 10 people. Clean, with air conditioning in every room and astounding pool area which is great for any leisure activity. Very good communication with the host. Plus it´s close to the beaches and city of Pula (15 minutes by car). Very much recommended!
