Villa Ivica is a modern holiday home with a good-sized garden and private swimming pool that's located in the charming village of Liznjan, just a 3 minute drive to the coast. The pleasant interior is distributed over a single level and comfortably accommodates 6 guests in 3 air conditioned bedrooms plus 2 shower rooms. There is a fully equipped connected kitchen (4 electric rings, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, Filter coffee machine, fridge, freezer) and a dining/living area (Smart TV, A/C) which has 2 doors leading to the covered terrace, pool area and garden with barbecue. Villa Ivica is perfectly located to enjoy and explore the local area with a 28 km coastline of beautiful natural beaches to choose from and easy day trips to the historical town of Pula, the Brijuni Islands, Fazana and Rovinj.

Situated in the centre of the village of Liznjan which is located at the southern end of the Istrian peninsula about 15 minutes drive from Pula and Pula airport. Liznjan is a charming agricultural and fishing village 1.5 km (3 minutes drive) from the coast, the village has small shops providing a wide range of groceries as well as fresh bread and vegetables, several restaurants and cafe/bar. The neighbouring village of Medulin is only a 5 minute drive with a wider range of shops, bars and restaurants.
Car hire is recommended at this villa.

We enjoyed a very nice stay at Villa Ivica in the second half of September 2022. The owners are very nice and the support team was too. We were allowed an early check-in without any problems. Restaurants and supermarkets can be found nearby, the beach is only a short ride in the car or by bike. We liked it very much there and can reccomend the place to everybody who likes a quiet place to relax.
