Enchanting Stone Villa with Private Pool and Beautiful Views to the Istrian Countryside and Sea !

Villa Andreja is an enchanting villa with beautiful stone architecture which blends in perfectly with the surrounding Istrian countryside, this lovely property is at the edge of the small village of Zgrablici and only a few minutes drive from the little town of St.Lovrec. Its traditional style and reclaimed stone and oak beams give it a very special atmosphere, a mixture of tradition, comfort and luxury. The house is distributed over 3 floors and sleeps 10 guests, there are 2 bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms on the top floor and 3 bedrooms (one en-suite) and a shared bathroom on the first floor, also here is a balcony with a beautiful sea view. The living accommodation is on the the ground floor with a guest bathroom (washing machine), a spacious fully equipped kitchen with dining table and a living room with stone fireplace, sofas, satellite TV, DVD and Bluetooth speaker. A large landscaped garden with Mediterranean plants surrounds the house and is framed with a stone wall, there is a private swimming pool with sun loungers and a covered terrace with small summer kitchen and grill for enjoying meals al fresco with family or friends.

All along the Umag coast there are many options for recreation and water sports. These include rental of motorboats, rowboats, paddle boats, beach canoes, sailboats, jet skis, kayaks, sailboards and powerboats, Tennis, cycling, bike hire and for the more adventurous even a panoramic parachute flight drawn by a powerboat.
