It is only 5 km form the old city centre of Pula where you will find the 2000 year old Amphitheatre. The villa sits on a fenced plot with parking, private pool, exterior shower, sun deck and a lawn with a play area for the children. Villa Danica is located in a peaceful area but only 5 km from Pula, a seafront city on the tip of Croatia’s Istrian Peninsula, it is known for its protected harbour, beach-lined coast and Roman ruins. Settled in the prehistoric era and valued for its strategic location, Pula has been occupied, destroyed and rebuilt numerous times. The Romans, Ostrogoths and Venetians, as well as the Allied Forces in World War II, have each administered the city.

The villa was beautifully decorated, very modern with everything you could possibly need inside. The outside was spacious, good sized pool and sun loungers. This villa is situated in the countryside so was nice and relaxing with no noise surroundings. Short walk from a mini market shop and a short drive away from bigger supermarkets. Many thanks to the kind and helpful owner of this property who was very welcoming. Highly recommend this villa, had a very enjoyable and comfortable stay!

Villa was great! There was everything for us (4 adults, 5 children). Owner and representative were friendly and all went well. Pool area was comfortable and air conditioning was enjoyable. Car is necessary, to grocery it takes about 5 minutes drive. We could visit here again.
