Deposit returned after inventory carried out on the day of departure or sent by post. In the event of damages, part of the deposit will be retained. The chalet must be left perfectly clean or a cleaning fee will be invoiced.

Alpe d'Huez is one of the oldest resorts in France, a wonderful open snow-bowl, dominated by the Pic Blanc Glacier at 3,300 m, with high-altitude and south-facing slopes, it's been nicknamed "The Island in the Sun" because it gets over 300 sunny days each year. The 249 km ski area’s got it all, from slow-skiing zones and well-connected easy slopes for beginners, to super-long blues surrounding the Alpe d’Huez bowl and genuinely challenging black runs on the glacier - including the longest black in the world, the 16 km Sarenne. Across this lively resort, there are around 60 eateries of all descriptions and there’s no shortage of other things to do from cross-country skiing to snow biking, ice skating to paragliding, as well as two well maintained snow parks and plenty of boarder friendly cable cars and chair lifts. In summer it becomes a pilgrimage for cyclists and in town there’s a climbing wall, swimming pool and cinema making this an ideal destination for families.
Directions:
By Car - Paris (620 km). Marseille (300 km): From either direction take the motorway towards Grenoble then follow Sisteron/Gap on the A480 motorway. Take exit 8 « Vizille – Stations de l’Oisans » RD1091 until Bourg d’Oisans. Then take the D211 and carry on up the famous hairpin bends to Alpe d’Huez.
By Train - Grenoble train station (63 km) TGV Paris - Grenoble (2.55 hours) - then bus transfer to the resort.
By Airplane - Grenoble - Isère (99 km), Lyon St Exupéry (150 km), Chambéry - Savoie (125 km), Genève (220 km). Train or bus transfers to the resort.
