The villa features five elegant and spacious double suites, four with “King size" (200x200cm) beds, one suites with single beds which can be converted into a double king size bed, depending on your needs all with en-suite shower rooms.
Bedrooms feature: A/C and Satellite TV (Languages: Spanish, English, German, French).

Exterior

The immediate outdoor area of the house has a large patio with teak sun loungers and a large Balinese chill out pergola, a nice fish pond and a circular swimming pool (6m in diameter) with Greek seating. The barbecue area features a second fully equipped covered kitchen with gas, hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge with freezer, a large wooden table for 14 people and rest area with chaise-lounge sofa. On the upper part of the villa you will find a 15x4m infinity swimming pool, a delight for the swimmers, and a large solarium terrace with Balinese beds, wide views of the mountains and peaceful valley, pure nature. Its 80.000m2 of land are located on a Protected Natural Space (ANEI), and there are many tracks which are ideal for relaxing walks or bike rides. A visit to the small hill top is a must at only 100 metres from the villa, where you will find and idyllic spot with a wooden pergola with views of the islet of Es Vedrá, the sea and amazing sunsets.
