In the lower part of the house there is a large modern fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with satellite TV (Languages: Spanish and English), stereo and a comfortable seating area with direct access to the terrace pool and barbecue. Two bedrooms, both with twin beds and two bathrooms, one with bath and one with shower.
Upstairs are two more bedrooms, one with twin beds and one a large double bed.
At the top of the house there is another large terrace with chill out sofas and views to the countryside.

Exterior

Situated on a 70,000 m² plot with views to the countryside, the garden area has two levels including chill out area, dining area, barbecue and sink. A terrace with private swimming pool (dimensions 10 x 5 - max depth 3.3 ft, min depth 6.6 ft), an outdoor shower and sun beds.
Parking for 2 cars.

Suitability

This accommodation does not accept groups of young people (under 21 years).

Security deposit: 1000 € / credit card hold (pre-authorisation), credit card number as guarantee or in cash, to be paid on site.
