Villa Chantelle sits in the middle of a quiet area with views to the countryside and mountains and across the valley where of an evening it becomes a perfect place to sit and watch the beautiful sunsets. It is located on the outskirts of Cala Salada and within easy reach of Sant Antonio. The villa is built over 3 floors, it is fully air conditioned and has a fully equipped kitchen, dining/living area with views, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one with a Jacuzzi bath), a guest bathroom and sleeps 6 people. There is separate building by the pool with a bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette and utility area so the villa has the possibility to accommodate an extra 2 people. Outside is a fenced garden, a private pool with sun loungers, terrace with dining furniture and parking. it is ideal for families or groups of friends looking for a peaceful location but within reach of the busier resorts on the island.

Master Bedroom - Double bed, A/C, large wardrobe/dressing area, en suite bathroom with jacuzzi bath and shower.

Main House - Lower Ground Floor:
Bedroom 2: Double bed, A/C and exit to terrace.
Bedroom 3: 2 Single beds, A/C and exit to terrace.
Shared bathroom with bath.

There is also a guest bathroom (w/c) located on the middle floor of the main house.

Building by the Pool:
Bedroom 4: 2 Single beds, kitchenette and dining table, utility room and bathroom with shower.
This bedroom doesn’t have air conditioning, but it is very cool.

Set on a 15,000 m² fenced plot with parking 4 cars.
Private swimming pool (10.5 m x 5.5 m) with sun loungers and umbrellas. Garden with 20 m² terrace, barbecue, dining and garden furniture.

Security deposit 2500 € / credit card hold (pre-authorisation), credit card number as guarantee or in cash, to be paid on site.

Check in schedule from 15.00 to 19.30

Arrival out of schedule:
from 19.30 to 22.00 = 60 € / booking to be paid upon arrival.
from 22.00 onwards = 100 € / booking to be paid upon arrival.

Please note that for stays shorter than 7 nights a supplement will apply on top of the advertised price and we will confirm the final price to you before you make your booking.
