The 290m2 house consists of two floors. All bedrooms have air conditioning.

Ground Floor: 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds, en suite bathrooms and private terrace, a large living room with fireplace, dining area, guest toilet, fully fitted kitchen with all appliances and a laundry room.

Upper floor: 2 bedrooms (1 with 2 single beds, 1 with double bed), both with
en suite bathrooms and private terrace.

Large private swimming pool (7x12m / depth 0.70m-2m) with sun terrace and comfortable sun loungers and chill out area
Large fenced garden, 3.200 m2 plot, fully equipped with outdoor furniture, sofas, tables, chairs, benches etc

Private access to a small rocky beach located 50m from the house
Views to the sea, garden, pool and the Marina

Sports & Activities

Beach volleyball is very popular, although its main attractions are water sports such as windsurfing and snorkeling.

Arrival out of schedule:
from 19.30 to 22.00 = 60 € / booking to be paid upon arrival.
from 22.00 onwards = 100 € / booking to be paid upon arrival.
