Villa Jelka is a superb newly built luxury property with magnificent panoramic sea views, it is one of the finest in the region of Dubrovnik located in the hills above Orasac and just a short drive to the popular resort of Sun Gardens. The villa sleeps 4 guests and is completely private with all furniture carefully selected to create a modern and comfortable atmosphere. There are 2 bedrooms, one double with en-suite bathroom accessed via the pool terrace and one double on the first floor with access to a balcony. Also on this level is a second bathroom plus the open plan living space with an equipped kitchen, dining and living area and patio doors to a balcony. Outside is a dining area, barbecue, private swimming pool (heated on request at extra cost) and the views across the blue open sea and to the beautiful Elafiti Islands are breathtaking along with the amazing sunsets that can be admired and enjoyed every night. With fabulous beaches nearby and the world famous old town of Dubrovnik only 11 km away "Villa Jelka" has everything you can imagine necessary for a perfect holiday and more.
