Villa Belen is a detached holiday villa with a private swimming pool, unblocked side sea views from the veranda and in a fantastic location just 200 meters from the sea front in the heart of Protaras. This property has air conditioning, central heating, WiFi, safe and sleeps up to 6 guests, there are 3 double bedrooms on the first floor, two with side views to the sea plus a a family bathroom. On the ground floor is a guest bathroom (w/c), a cosy living room with three-piece suite, satellite TV, DVD player and stereo system, dining area with table (seating 6), sitting room with two comfortable sofas, a sofa bed and an open plan fully equipped kitchen. Villa Belen is in a very convenient location with local bars, shops, restaurants and the fabulous Fig Tree Bay beach just a short walk away and is ideally suited to families.

Villa Belen is situated in a fantastic location on the seafront in the heart of Protaras and just minutes walk to a secluded bay. It is also close to the fabulous Fig Tree Bay beach, with its gently sloping fine sand and turquoise-coloured water, an absolute paradise for beach lovers, families and water sports enthusiasts. The main "Protaras Strip" is just a leisurely 7 minute walk with an abundance of restaurants, bars and shops plus nightlife (there are 2 nightclubs). Water-skiing, diving, snorkelling, fishing, para-sailing, banana boat rides, windsurfing, etc. as well as horse-riding are all available nearby. There is also a nice children’s playground right on top of the sea just down the road from the villa.
